We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Smeraldo and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Rome.

The hotel’s location is exceptional, right in the heart of the historic centre and within easy walking distance of many of Rome’s iconic landmarks, including the Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, Piazza Navona, and Campo de’ Fiori. It is also conveniently located near public transport, making it easy to explore the rest of the city.

The hotel itself was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The staff were incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay, always happy to assist with recommendations and ensuring we had everything we needed.

The property is centrally located in a good area! Breakfast was included with our stay and was quite tasty, especially the croissants and the cappuccino! It was nice to have happy hour on the rooftop deck in the evening and the cocktails and food were delicious.

Pros:

I liked everything at Hotel Smeraldo. Very clean rooms and linen. It's central to all the attraction sites. Staff were exceptional, Omar was really great. Their buffet breakfast was amazing with good options. The rooms are on the smaller side but they are also functional.

Kaldığımız oda çok küçüktü. Kahvaltı salonu da aşırı küçük maalesef. Kahvaltı salonundaki personeller biraz kabaydı. Odadaki cam apartman boşluğuna bakıyordu. Yani hem küçük olması hem cam olmaması biraz can sıkıcıydı.
