Hotel Smeraldo

Ótima localização, região silenciosa e excelente café da manhã.

Vista e tamanho. Quarto enorme, mas tudo muito “velho”. Penso que da para aproveitar melhor o espaço, combinar melhor o charme de ter sido um convento com móveis mais modernos.

Great clean staff brilliant breakfast first class

I booked a single room but got upgraded to dbl room, which was nice. The air condition was excellent, both in my room and in the lobby. (it was 37 degrees Celcius outside!) The lobby also smelled so nice :-) The bed was really comfortable and the room felt luxurious. The hotel felt more like a 4 star hotel than 3 star. Breakfast was really good, unfortunately I could not take advantage of the included breakfast on the second day, since I had to leave very early. But they did offer coffee/ tea in the lobby. I really liked the roof top bar, it was nice sitting there drinking a glass of wine and nibbling on olives. The location was also really good,, close to everything and the street was so cute, with restaurants, a bakery and small shops. Last but not least, all the staff were super polite, helpful and very kind. :-) Thank you so much!

I absolutely loved every second of my stay here, and part of me wants to keep this place a secret but it's too good not to rave about. This hotel completely made our Rome trip incredible.

The staff were incredibly nice from start to finish. A special shoutout to Geneva for being so welcoming, and also to the overnight gentleman (sorry I didn't catch his name!) who helped my husband and me with an AC issue late at nigh the was a lifesaver.

Location is a huge win walkable to everything, and you're surrounded by the best of Rome. The hotel itself is spotless and smells wonderfully fresh. They offer complimentary guest water, which is such a thoughtful touch, and the breakfast was outstanding featuring Roscioli bread that alone is worth waking up for.

Clean, comfortable, friendly, and perfectly situated I would absolutely stay here again if I return to Rome. Do yourself a favor and book this gem before everyone finds out about it!

La ubicación es perfecta, en pleno centro y a un paso del Panteón, ideal para recorrer la ciudad caminando.

El desayuno está muy bien y todo el personal del hotel fue muy amable y atento durante toda nuestra estancia.

Las habitaciones y las zonas comunes estaban siempre impecables y todo olía muy bien, algo que se agradece mucho.

Y un detalle que nos sorprendió para bien fue la ducha: tiene una presión de agua increíble, de las mejores que hemos probado en un hotel. Después de un día recorriendo la ciudad, se agradece muchísimo.

Great location

The location was absolutely fantastic! The room was clean and comfortable but we were disappointed that we were in the secondary building. This wasn't obvious when we booked. Otherwise, everything was good.

Location and very clean, very friendly helpful staff

I loved this boutique hotel. The staff, the updated rooms, the amazing location and wonderful air conditioning. The breakfast was a feast and the cleanliness. It was a wow and finished off my trip with a bang.

Atención y ubicación

A very cozy hotel with small but comfortable rooms. All major attractions in Rome are within walking distance. I highly recommend the rooftop bar — it offers a lovely view.
