No me gustó que días antes me mandaron un wassap que parecía del hotel con mi número de reserva de booking, los días de mi estancia y más datos personales..parecía un mensaje para hacer el check-in ..lo conteste y se quedaron con el dinero de mi tarjeta ..Fue una estafa, sé que no es culpa del hotel pero Booking debería responsabilizarse porque se filtraron mis datos..
Surprised that there wasn't a lift from the carpark to the lobby.
Todo, el hotel es espectacular. Las habitaciones están muy limpias y con detalles tanto en el baño como en la habitación. El desayuno es muy variado y de calidad. Han sido cuatro días los que estuvimos muy a gusto. El personal fue muy simpático y profesional.(Excepto un recepcionista)
Uno de los trabajadores de recepción, era un hombre, no tuvo un trato correcto. No fue agradable la situación, fue por la noche, al decirle que por favor nos abriera la puerta de salida del parking pues el vehiculo no entraba por la principal, me contestó de mala manera, con desgana y ni siquiera se levanto de la silla
Las instalaciones son puro espectáculo arquitectonico
Me llamaron al teléfono de la habitación a las 23.00 para preguntarme si estaba limpia la habitación... Me dio un susto bastante importante y lo vi poco profesional.
Por la mañana me llaman de nuevo (despertándome) y me cuelgan al descolgar la llamada.

Mooie kamer met Fijne bedden.
Ontbijt was uitgebreid maar ruimte was krap. Was vol toen wij om 08 30 aan kwamen.
Lokatie was op korte afstand van het centrum .
Mooi park op korte afstand.
Er waren zeer veel kinderen in het hotel die bij het ontbijt alles al opgegeten hadden en behoorlijk veel herrie maakte. Ook in avond tot laat was er veel rumoer in het hotel.
Everything was nice, clean and the hotel is modern and pretty nice.
