Perfect location, convenient parking. The staff are delightful, breakfast excellent. Great rooms, comfy beds.It’s a hotel we would return to.

We had the most amazing time - the staff are very welcoming and the location is great. The breakfast room is just lovely and the food was delicious.

The only hiccup was that as we were travelling with another couple, the room they were assigned had a much smaller bed - it would be better if when two couples are staying they are given equivalent rooms. This oversight was simply rectified the second night which was appreciated

Great stop-off in such a beautiful town. Nice hotel right in the centre. Matteo the manager called us as we were arriving slightly late and recpetion was closing. Instructions were spot on and very easy.

Okej ställe men fruktansvärt lyhört, hörde andra rum spolade i toaletten, prata, barn som grät och vuxna som pratade vilket gjorde att vi knappt kunde sova.

Dessutom var det 26 grader i rummet trots att vi bett om hjälp av personalen. När vi ringer och ber om hjälp på kvällen hånskrattar han oss och säger att receptionen är stängd och vi får öppna fönstret isåfall. Väldigt dålig service.

Sweet hotel in Gavi. Staff are friendly and welcoming. We stayed just one night but such a pretty little town. There was a local event which went on very late but we joined in and the locals were very welcoming.

From the moment we checked in we knew that this was going to be a very pleasurable experience, such a warm and friendly welcome. We had a personal letter of welcome left in our room offering any assistance whilst in Gavi. Our room was on the third floor, more of an apartment than a room, with every possible amenity. The breakfast was lovely and the staff could not be more accommodating, helpful and friendly. Ample parking in front of the hotel and situated in the centre of Gavi, with all of its history shops and restaurants, well worth a visit, especially for the local wine. This hotel is highly recommended, we intend to visit again next year. Thanks again to all the staff. (John & Sue 15 July 2025)

Had an amazing stay at this hotel. Lovely clean room, great service and in a central location near to Piazza Bra and the Arena. I would definitely recommend and hope very much to return when we visit Verona again. Such a welcoming atmosphere.

Supertrevligt ställe på Italienska landsbygden. Väldigt vänlig och tillmötesgående personal. Vi var på genomresa söderut och både hotellet och Gavi överträffade våra förväntningar.

We loved our stay at this untouristic but friendly town home to Gavi wine, which we love. The hotel is very centrally located in the main square with free parking right in front. Our room was large and spotlessly clean, with great air-conditioning. Breakfast was reasonably priced with lots of home made things and excellent cappuccinos. The staff are super friendly. Everything was within walking distance and there is a really cool castle with English tours. More people should visit this town which is well situated for a break with nice restaurants. Would happily stay again.

The wine bar opposite also has a restaurant round the corner, where you can have a lovely alfresco dinner. It is a shame more people don’t visit this great small town which is well situated for a break. We would happily stay again.

Hôtel sympa et bien situé. La literie était bonne, je déplore l'absence de rideau occultant, les volets laissent passer la lumière, du coup les réveils sont matinaux.
