Le personnel était vraiment très gentil et professionnel.
La chambre, nous avions une junior suite, bonne superficie.
le petit-déjeuner avec beaucoup de choix.

Cons:

La météo n'étant pas de la partie, et avec la pluie il y avait une gouttière très bruyante, il faudrait peut-être trouver une solution pour que le bruit des gouttes de pluie qui tombent directement en bas de la gouttière dans un bruit très métallique soit atténué.

Buonissimo per visitare Cittadella e i dintorni. Bel posto storico. Staff davvero gentile. Mi hanno fatto restare fino a quasi mezzogiorno in camera e questo la domenica mattina dopo essere tornato alle 4 di notte lo ho apprezzato tantissimo. Buona la colazione e parcheggio ampissimo disponibile.

Cons:

Le tubature un po' otturate, ma fortunatamente non risaliva acqua, ma facevano rumore. Un po' di rumore la mattina da parte di chi fa le pulizie, un conto sono i rumori dovuti agli utensili, un conto è urlare mentre si lavora svegliando le persone che dormono in hotel.

Le réceptionniste était d une gentillesse à toute épreuve. Le rapport qualité-prix est top. Le calme du lieux, dommage qu il soit gâché par le manque d éducation de certains...voire certaines.....

Cons:

Dommage de ne pouvoir manger sur place alors que le restaurant était en activité pour un groupe..... je n ai pas compris le principe.....

Acollidor, fantàstica ubicació i personal molt amable
Pros:

Fantàstic hotel amb tots els serveis aprop. És gran, molt nét, el personal molt simpàtic. Ens van oferir unes bicicletes de passeig de forma gratis per poder visitar la ciutat. L'habitació molt gran i amb tot el necessari.

Cons:

L'únic que no ens ha agradat és el bany, pensem que la dutxa és molt petita i la regulació de l'aigua calenta així com la pressió és el que trobem que podria millorar.
