Belle surprise cœur de Paris 12
Pros:

Très bonne localisation, deux arrêts de métro juste à 3 min à pieds.
La petite cours est vraiment agréable pour un cœur de Paris.
Chambre petite mais bien agencée et fonctionnelle.

Cons:

Quelques informations manquantes au check in. Je n’avais pas le code de l’hôtel pour ouvrir la grille le soir. Mais le commerçant d’à côté, très gentil, m’a ouvert.

Pros:

O hotel fica próximo a estações de metrô, facilitando a locomoção. É bem localizado e fica em uma área residencial com bastante comércio, padarias, farmácias e tudo o que é suficiente para sobreviver kkkk o café da manhã tem bastante opção e é uma delícia, sem miséria. Adorei o local e retornaria novamente

Cons:

시내와 주요 명소들 간 거리가 어디든 최소 30-40분입니다.
예약 당시 이 부분을 크게 고려 안했는데 다시 간다면 굳이 이쪽에 숙소를 잡지 않을 듯합니다.

그리고 직원분들 별로 안 친절합니다. 파리에 머무는 동안 다른 도시를 다녀오느라 다른 3성급 호텔에 짐만 맡기는 서비스를 이용한 적 있었는데 투숙객이 아님에도 그렇게 친절하게 대하는 걸 보고 프랑스 사람들 문제가 아니라 이 호텔의 문제인 것을 깨달았습니다.

Hôtel digne de ses 3 étoiles
Pros:

La chambre était parfaite : très bien insonorisée, décorée avec goût, la literie parfaite.
Ce que j'ai adoré : le petit mot d'accueil personalisé écrit à la main, les sucreries et café/thé à disposition qui m'a permis de repartir visiter le quartier après avoir déposé mes affaires. La baignoire est très appréciable pour se relaxer après ma journée de formation. Des produits d'accueil de qualité sont très sympas aussi. La propreté irréprochable de la chambre.
Le personnel est super.
Le lieu en lui même est un petit hâvre de paix : on arrive dans un patio avec une végétation luxuriante : des fleurs magnifiques et odorantes.
J'ai pu prendre également un petit déjeuner au calme et très correct.
Les réductions avec Booking m'ont permis de profiter d'un tarif avantageux.

Il soggiorno per pochi giorni va benissimo, siamo stati bene , staff molto cordiale
Pros:

Nonostante le piccole dimensioni c’era tutto , pulito e colazione molto buona

Cons:

Forse servirebbe qualche attaccapanni in più per appendere gli abiti visto che non è presente un vero armadio . Inoltre la tenda nella doccia non mi è piaciuta ,ma visto le dimensioni non c’è molto spazio .

Pros:

Loved the courtyard situation, French style windows, friendly staff, bedroom typically small but attractive fresh decor and ensuite, excellent shower. Bed and pillows very comfy and loved the large and thick, fluffy white towels. Air con vg in 33 degree heat! Delicious breakfast.

Cons:

Maybe a small bar for evening drinks.
