Pros:

Location is good. Price is good. But the room was not clean. I found a spider with spider net in my room. And Refrigerator didn't work. The wall in the room is very thin. There are no soundproof. It was poor sleep because of soundproof ploblem.

Pros:

Abbiamo dormito una sola notte nell hotel,quindi non ho possibilità di valutare eventuali servizi aggiuntivi dell’hotel quali saua piscina e ristorante.
Per quello che ho potuto notare il personale e molto gentile.
La struttura di qualità medio bassa.

Pros:

albergo scadente con camera matrimoniale piccolissima con 2 letti singoli accoppiati,niente di positivo dalla finestra al muro che cadeva a pezzi...forse il bagno era l'unico che poteva passare..da non consigliare.

Das Hotel ist der Horror und nicht zu empfehlen
Pros:

Ein fürchterliches Hotel. Für uns war es ein Horror. Wir hatten ein Familienzimmer gebucht. Das Zimmer war für 2 Erwachsene und 2 Jugendliche so klein das wir über unser eigenes Gepäck steigen mussten. Unsere Kinder mussten bei uns im Bett übernachten da die Stockbetten notdürftig repariert waren und die Gefahr bestand, dass diese zusammen krachen. Der Übernachtungspreis für diesen Standard ist wucher! Die Bäder waren aus den 70er Jahren und z.B. funktionierte die Toilettenspülung nicht. Der Duschvorhang war absolut provisorisch angebracht. Zudem waren die Zimmer nicht sauber. Unsere Tochter hatte am nächsten morgen einen Bettwanzenstich. Die Rezeptionistin sprach kein Englisch oder Deutsch (nur italienisch). Der Lift ist absolut klein und wir hatten Angst in ihm stecken zu bleiben (sackte bei jeder Person die einstieg etwas ab). Ich könnte jetzt noch mehr schreiben aber ich denke das gibt einen groben Überblick. Einzist der Pool am Dach war O.K. Die Zimmerdarstellung bei Expedia weswegen wir das Hotel gebucht haben stimmen nicht (Hoteldetails).

Hotell Ave i Chianciano Terme
Pros:

Badrummet i vårt rum var minimalt. Duschen var bredvid toaletten (2 cm) och inget draperi, vilket medförde att hela badrummet blev pisseblött.
Rummet var också väldigt litet och luktade unket när varit ifrån det några timmar. Personalen var inte direkt tillmötesgående (förutom i restaurangen) . Enda positiva var poolen som låg på taket...jag skulle INTE rekommendera detta hotell.
