Badly in need of update
Pros:

This place has such potential but it is in terrible need of a renovation. The location is amazing, beautiful beaches nearby and friendly staff (on the whole). But. Our room was tired, the furniture looked like it had been cobbled together from a charity shop and there was no way we could have slept with the air conditioning on, it was so noisy. It was nice to have a bath but the grouting around both the bath and shower was old and brown and really unappealing. And as for breakfast…… very little choice, overcooked croissants, some cake and a bit of unappealing bacon/egg.
Looking back now, during the rest of our trip around Sardinia, we laugh at the experience we had but it was a big disappointment.

Disappointing

The lady on reception and location

Cons:

Classed as a 4 star hotel but FAR from it. The furniture in the bedroom looked as if it had come from a second hand shop, the bathroom was tired with the grouting around the bath and shower brown and peeling off. Breakfast was the worst we have ever experienced in a hotel.
This place had such potential - it is in a great location but is SO tired and in need of a massive renovation. Such a shame.

4 STELLE MA DOVE!!!

Intelligente presentare questo country lodge con una bella reception ed il prato curato, perché la prima impressione è quella che conta ma ci fermiamo quì.

Cons:

Non da 4 stelle il ragazzo della reception che per nascondere il fatto che volevi una camera all'ultimo piano e nelle richieste avevi specificato "tranquilla" ti racconta che hai ricevuto un up grade e ti ritrovi al piano terra con la gente che ti passa davanti dove l'unica soletta a dividerti con il piano di sopra sono delle assi di legno, che di tranquillo hanno poco visto che l'occupante del piano di sopra cammina in continuazione nella camera e passi una notte insonne perché russa e la mancanza di una soletta in cemento ti permette di sentire ogni singolo rantolo. Non è da 4 stelle trovare il prosciutto di spalla, intendo quello quadrato e il formaggio, sempre quadrato, da toast nel buffet e non è da 4 stelle bruciare i croissant e comunque metterli in bella vista. Non è da 4 stelle che le piastrelle verso la piscina siano rotte ma non da qualche giorno ma da mesi visto le piantine presenti nelle spaccature. Siete fortunati perché gli ospiti stranieri si accontentano lasciano recensioni da 9 o 10 senza commenti.
