Mira Sea Front Guesthouse

We went on a business trip and booked this apartment at least 2 weeks in advance.
On the day we were supposed to spend the night in the apartment, we arrived around 18:00, and no owner or anyone else at the address.
When we called and contacted about a reservation, the lady said that she had some duties that day and she could not accommodate us for the night.
Literally, she left us sleeping in the car on an island in February with no way to get back to the mainland. The first ferry is at 05:30 the next day.
If it doesn't matter to you whether you will have the apartment you reserved or whether you will sleep in the car - choose Mire Sea Front Guesthouse!!

Brilliant situation but room was not ready when we arrived and never anyone during the course of our two day stay,

Great view, small room, barely able to accommodate a cuple. Otherwise friendly staff but couldn’t communicate in English.

Price is to heavy for such a basic room whith smallest bath and sink.Bad was werz unconfortable

Specie di ostello con camere piccole e POCO pulite. Spazi comuni ridottissimi. Finestra di un bagno che si apre direttamente in cucina.

場所が分かりにくいのが、難点で、最初、地図と住所で探していくと、別の場所で、偶然、宿の人が居合わせたので、本来の宿に着くことが出来た。

宿の人は親切で良かった。
ビーチも近くのんびりするには最高の場所だと思います。
ただ、写真に載っている部屋とは違っていて、ベランダが無かった。

An appalling hotel and a terrible experience. It was booked via Expedia but apparently the hotel does not have an arrangement with Expedia for payment, so on check out the mother and son owners demanded a cash payment. The standard of all aspects of this so-called hotel are appalling. It does not deserve your custom and least of all your money. Avoid at all costs. There is nothing about this appalling venue that can be recommended. Avoid as if your life depended on it. Do not, under any circumstances, stay at this place.

Ett väldigt pittoreskt och mysigt boende för en vistelse i Komiza!

I was overjoyed with my room; the view out my windows and the helpfulness of the staff.

Arrived, for a 3-day break on our honeymoon. The landlady has our names and dates written on a piece of paper but says her place is full ("you can stay at my friend's for a night then come back here") when we refuse, she palms us off to her son's place. His is across town, does not have the sea front, and is considerably smaller. Also, his wifi was very spotty (and he didn't seem to care either way when we told him it didn't work). He also charged us the same amount as his mother's. Apart from all of this, room was noisy (could hear others flush their toilets etc), cramped and bed uncomfortable.

Vi havde booket et værelse med eget bad hjemmefra, men da vi kom frem havde ejerne dobbeltbooket, så vi kunne ikke få det reserverede værelse. Vi blev tilbudt et beskidt værelse hos et ældre par længere væk eller et rum med to enkeltsenge på hotellets loft. Værelset på hotellet var uden aircon, bad, mulighed for udluftning og var en del af hotellets fællesareal, hvor ejerne gladeligt tog gæster og hunde med op om aftenen til trods for vi lå på den anden side af en hjemmelavet dør på et værelse på maks tre kvardratmeter, hvor man ikke kunne stå oprejst. Hotelejerne (som ikke talte engelsk) var ikke ydmyg eller beklagende over denne episode til trods for hvor ringe et alternativ vi var blevet tilbudt (dog til 20% rabat). Dette ophold har været totalt kritisabelt og vi vil ikke anbefale det til andre gæster.

Ett billigt alternativ så nära centrum man komma. Strand utanför.
Komiza var den mysigaste staden på hela vår resa i kroatien. Rekomendaras.
Rummet ok men utan någon form av lyx och läget var bästa tänkbara.

This bnb is located right next to the main promenade with all the shopping / bars / restaurants. It has a rooftop with a gorgeous view. We only speak English and it was not an issue. Would come back again.

Friendly and helpful, triple room was tight but that can be seen by pictures so no surprise.
Suggestion for owners is so which room is being rented. Enjoyed our stay

The hotel is in an excellent location - right next to all the "downtown" restaurants. Our room had an ocean view which was very lovely. Be aware there is no parking and you will need to park about 5-10 min away. The room had AC and was fully functional. The only issue was there was a spot of what looked like blood on the edge of the sheet which was a little disturbing.

Was a great place to stay. Location is the best available in Komiza, being both waterfront and central. Rooms are clean and comfortable, offering great value. Room had a fan, but no air con - which was enough to keep cool at night when combined with the cooling sea air.

Provita was very conveniently located. All the restaurants, bars, tourist shops, etc. were metres away. Only problem was because it was so close the noise was often a bit annoying especially when people are walking by the windows talking and singing at 3 in the morning. The rooftop terrace was a very nice place to meet others and have dinner. Very friendly staff. The wifi worked in our room, but everyone else we have met had problems with wifi reception so this often forced them to sit right outside our door which wasnt a problem during the day, but at night it often was.

Fantastic location that was easy to find, off the bus, walk 25m to waterfront and then approx 125m to the left along the waterfront past the multitude of bars & restaurants 'strip' and you hit it on the corner. information centre next door. The best little beach is just 35m away. The room awesome view to beach and path below of people strolling by. (which can be a little noisy at night depending what tourists were on the island). lovely balcony available to watch of comings and goings of sailing port. Little washing line under your window. Room spotless clean and bed comfy. Room 1 had double and sofa bed, kitchenette and fridge but there is a social room and kitchen available.
