Muy buena la ubicación, la habitación súper cómoda

La ubicación, la habitación súper cómoda, el desayuno.

Cons:

Si bien fue muy buena la atención, nadie, ningún empleado hablaba español. Fue buena su predisposición para entendernos. Pero creo que sería buenísimo, que uno por turno pueda hablar español. Y en recepción me dijeron que el desayuno era hasta las 10:30, como siempre desayuno a las 10:00. Y el último día fui y me dijeron q ya había terminado eran las 10:15. Les dije que no era lo que me habían informado y pude desayunar.

fantastico hotel, ubicación y desayuno

Todo excelente: ubicación frente a la plaza de la gare de trenes, muy cerca del centro histórico; zona muy linda.-
Habitación y baño, si bien no eran demasiado amplios, estaban perfectos y cómodos, con muebles y equipamiento moderno y muy bien diseñados. Todo nuevo y de diseño: desde la iluminación hasta los muebles.Excelente desayuno buffet: variedad de fiambres y quesos; comida caliente, huevos revueltos; frutas frescas y frutos secos; yogurt y cereales; variedad de panes y bollería, tortas. tambien variedad sin gluten. Amabilidad de los recepcionistas.

Cons:

I wish they informed about the rules to staying with pets before you book a room, and definitely before you actually arrive at the property. I was hoping to leave my pets in a hotel room, but instead I had to drag them with me into +39°C heat outside, since I only found out that you can’t leave your pets alone in the room when I was already in the hotel. If I knew about that earlier, I would have booked another accommodation.

You need to ring the bell every time you enter the reception area. While I understand this is done for security reasons, there should be a more efficient way to manage access. Using modern technology to identify and screen guests entering the hotel would provide a smoother, more convenient experience while maintaining security.

Convenient Hotel to both the Train Station and Central Strasbourg with Air Con and Helpful Staff
Pros:

The staff could not have been nicer- very friendly and helpful. The room itself was very comfortable and the air condition worked well. The buffet breakfast was also a nice treat- varied selection. It was also nice to have a minibar in the room.

Cons:

The layout of the room was a little awkward and the bathroom door had an odd shape and it was difficult to open and close. The room looked worn and needs to be refurbished. The housekeeping staff needs to pay more attention to detail and do a better job cleaning- carpet was dirty.
