Chambre spacieuse avec lit king size et surclassée par rapport à ma réservation. Le fait de pouvoir stationner pour 15 euros devant l'hôtel est aussi très pratique.
Cafés facturés en plus du petit déjeuner en raison d'une incompréhension avec le personnel.
Molto gentile e cordiale il personale, carina ed accogliente la stanza, letto comodissimo.

La situation de l'hôtel, le calme de notre chambre, l'équipe du personnel...et nous avons bénéficié d'un surclassement dans la suite. Accompagnés de notre chiennerie lagotto a qui il a été réservé bon accueil. Merci au team :-)

The staff is very friendly, yet there were a LOT of gaps between written and actual. first we were told that we were given a better room which is apartment like (an "upgrade"), yet this was the original booking we did "Deluxe Apartment". so we were not sure why we were told this.
Second, the apartment is super new and well equipped yet it seemed that it is still a work in progress (TV was not connected). The Air conditions had no remotes in the room, upon checkout we asked about that and the staff seemed to be surprised, we had 3 air conditioner devices in the room and not a single remote (odd).
Third, if you are a first timer in Turin parking is a nightmare, you should consider 20-25eur per day. I would expect the hotel to mention that in the approval/greeting message on booking, this will allow guests to pre-order, pre-search for parking. when we arrived we learned that the hotel parking is full and were sent to 2 parking garages which works with the hotel both rejected us. ChatGPT was our saver. the hotel should be pro-active on messaging and parking areas recommendations for guests. so the check-in took us about 1.5h due to the parking issues.
La chambre était excellente, avec un excellent lit et une bonne pression d'eau dans la douche. Le petit-déjeuner était très bon, surtout par rapport au prix (seulement €9). La localisation est excellente, dans une rue calme mais pas loin de tout ce que vous voudrez faire et voir. Le personnel est souriant et accueillant.
Il faut mettre de l'huile dans la porte d'entrée, qui grince pas mal. Un peu plus de variété dans le buffet de petit-déjeuner serait le bienvenu. Le système de savon à pompe dans la douche fonctionne assez bien, sauf quand la femme de ménage ne voit pas que le savon a été épuisé et ne le remplit donc pas.

The staff in the hotel were friendly, helpful, in fact, delightful. The breakfast was a good value. The location was convenient. The room was absolutely pristine.
The room needed an update, considering the cost of our stay. The lighting was inadequate. The shower was designed in a way that older travelers could be likely to fall. The housekeeping staff didn't appear to communicate with maintenance. The lights went out and remained.
