Ruime kamers en alles is super netjes en proper!
Aangenaam terras met prachtig zicht op de bergen.

Ruim ontbijt buffet en hadden lactose vrije opties! Super fijn!

Cons:

Het ligt naast een enorme drukke baan in bergen waarbij ik het geluid belastend vond…. Ik had er spijtig genoeg niet op gelet bij de boeking.

Pros:

Cibo estremamente curato e buonissimo, dalla colazione fino alla cena. Il posto migliore dove abbiamo mangiato durante tutta la settimana di permanenza in Val di Fassa!
Ottima posizione con molti sentieri disponibili e due cabinovie davanti alla struttura, ci si può tranquillamente dimenticare la macchina in parcheggio ed alternare le escursioni a momenti di relax nel centro benessere.

Pros:

Perfect location. We didn't have to get into the car when we wanted to go on a hike. Very nice staff, great food. We appreciated that part of the wellness and relaxation areas were adult only

Cons:

We were surprised that guests go to the sauna in bathing suits, which is neither healthy nor very hygienic. So we recommend adding sheets to towels and banning bathing suits :)

Wish we could stay longer with this hotel.
Pros:

The entire hotel, especially the room is very clean. We had breakfasts and dinners in hotel. Foods are exceptionally good. Martin, the manager is very nice and friendly.

Prisvärt och fint.
Pros:

Vi bodde i en svit med en stor balkong, med sköna möbler och en fin utsikt. Rummet hade även en jacuzzi i ett eget litet rum bredvid badrummet. Rummet var jättefint och sängarna sköna. Vi åt en förbeställd trerätters middag på hotellet varje kväll. Vi kunde välja mellan tre förrätter, tre varmrätter och tre efterrätter. Middagen inleddes, utöver de tre förbeställa rätterna, med en buffé av smårätter som var jättegoda. Middagarna var toppen och väldigt prisvärda, 20 Euro/person. Frukosten var bra och ingick, det vi saknade vid frukosten var grönsaker såsom tex tomat och gurka. I anslutning till hotellet ligger gondolliftar som snabbt tar dig upp i bergen. Fin service överlag och ett prisvärt och fint hotell.

Great spirit in the staff, real care for the guests. The rooms were well furnished, with really nice wooden fixtures, marble in the bathroom.

Hotel could be nice but it is not a 4 star
Pros:

From the arrival the hotel already presented itself as not keeping up with the promise of a 4 stars. The check in was impersonal and without good direction to the room that was erroneously marked on a different floor.

The room had not been warmed up (it was around 45 F outside) and it took a couple of hours to get to a comfortable temperature.

Breakfast was included with the room and again it was very impersonal with no staff present in the breakfast room and with all food pre-packaged obviously nothing had been prepared on the premises.

I would not qualify either the service, the staff or the Hotel as a 4 star.

Great hotel with stunning views rooms are spacious and comfortable, plenty of safe parking, excellent restaurant but limited choice of food, but there are plenty of restaurants near by, excellent base for exploring the dolomites for a few days by car really would recommend this hotel
