The hotel is located in a central location surrounded by eating places. We were able to walk to all sights. Hotel staff without exception were quietly efficient and friendly. Doa, one of the receptionists went the extra mile in offering advice and helping us to book the Hop on Hop off bus and to print off tickets and boarding passes. We were upgraded on arrival to a Standard Double from a Classic Double with the bonus of a bath. The room was small but perfectly formed. The breakfast was stunning. The use of the spa at the end of a tiring walk was much appreciated. We will return if ever in Paris!

W love staying here, it’s in a wonderful location, not too touristy but easy to get to places, the hotel is a beautiful building and the hotel rooms are full of character and charm!

We requested a quiet room with a large bed and a tub. Wishes fulfilled, and the room itself was quite spacious with a sitting area and even a fridge--very helpful. Every member of the staff seemed to sincerely want us to have a wonderful time, and we did. The spa! So refreshing. Everything was impeccably clean throughout the hotel. We aren't big eaters in the morning, but when we ate breakfast in the hotel it was delicious, satisfying, and offered a great range of options. The neighborhood is adjacent to the Sorbonne and it seemed to be more students and teachers than tourists right around the hotel, which was a plus. We got to hear and practice French. Quick access to metro and other transportation. Good neighborhood services and we found some favorite restaurants a quick walk away. We miss you very much, Hotel & Spa Saint Jacques.

The Hotel & Spa Saint-Jacques was the perfect location in the Latin Quarter! It was just a few minutes walk to bus and metro stops, a block from the Pantheon, a 5 minute walk from the Cluny Museum, and near various bakeries, cafes, and restaurants. The area was not touristy but filled with students and families.
The hotel itself was clean, well appointed, and beautiful. Our room was a triple corner room looking out on the intersection. We could see one of the towers of Notre Dame! It was good sized for a Paris hotel room and it was supposed to be a double bed and a single but was actually a king and a single. The staff was helpful and kept the room clean. The hair dryer in the room did not work but the gave me another one to use. It was loud in the street but since I was in a corner room over looking the street I expected that. If you want it quieter just request a more interior room. Overall it was a wonderful hotel experience and I will be recommending it to everyone!

Resepsiyon personeli son derece güler yüzlü, yardımsever ve ilgiliydi; kendimizi çok iyi karşılanmış hissettik.
Konumu ise mükemmeldi. Metroya ve Paris’in önemli turistik noktalarına yürüyerek kolayca ulaşılabiliyor. Ayrıca çevresinde kahvaltı ve akşam yemeği için tercih edilebilecek pek çok keyifli kafe ve restoran bulunuyor.
Kesinlikle tekrar tercih edebileceğimiz bir otel.
