The hotel was a beautiful old building with gorgeous crown molding in the room and other period decor.
It would have been nice if the bathtub shower had a curtain to keep water in but that’s just typical of European bathrooms.
Such a charming hotel envelopping you in the atmosphere of the " belle epoque " . Location was very good near to turistic objectifs , the train station & my classes ; staff was friendly and there was good wi-fi connection . I loved having a spa , very nice to relax after a long day . I will definitely return . A big thank you !
I would have loved more having an expresso machine, I am not a big fan of soluble coffee but perhaps that's part of the charm of the place too .
What a wonderful time we had staying with you! The staff was exceptional in all ways. The breakfast was the best extra extra coffee refills everyday. The front desk staff were outstanding … from a long explanation and coaching on how to use the Metro to scheduling our Airport transfers to serving Champaign in the lounge in the evening. The room was perfectly serviced and always ready when we returned from our days in beautiful Paris. You made our stay very memorable and we will be back again in the coming years.
The hotel was excellent all around. The French room decor was warm and inviting and comfortable. It is cozy but has all the amenities you need. The little outside balcony was a bonus. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. I highly recommend including the breakfast every morning. You will be amazed.

Just for one night with my family. There are many hotels on that particular street and this is one of them. I can't say much because our stay was too short, plus we left very early, before 7 am, i.e. before breakfast and I don't know if the breakfast ok, but the previous evening, the lady from the reception did everything possible for us to have something to eat in the morning - yogourt with fruits, fruits, lots of madeleines. Very nice staff, professional, sailing.
The staff were welcoming and helpful. The hotel’s prime location put us right in the center of everything.
The 'Single' room was tiny and definitely not worth the price. With the bed on a mezzanine platform and zero floor space for luggage, it felt very restrictive. While my brother's room was spacious and much better quality, I’d advise others to double-check their specific room category before arriving.

We stayed just one night at Hôtel Saint Jacques and we loved it. Right in the heart of the Latin quarter, a lovely Parisian get away. The staff were very friendly and — as a mercy to our poor French skills — were fully conversant in English. The free Spa was also a nice touch!

The Staff was really friendly and helpful. They even sent me my forgotten telephone, that I had lost in one shop! Excellent warm welcome and all went well during our stay. Staff sent us nice taxi to get us from the airport. Hotel was very atmospheric and clean. Also metro was near - and also Notre Dame was within walking distance.
The nicest surprise was the sauna and steam-sauna, also snow coming from the ceiling. Breakfast was many-sided and good. I can recommend this nice hotel and surely we will be back some day. Thank you!
