Aamiainen oli todella kattava ja hyvä. Ilmapiiri oli viihtyisä ja hotellissa oli paljon tauluja yms, jotka kertoivat Pariisin historiasta ja loivat mukavan tunnelman. Hotellissa on sauna, mikä oli mukava ja positiivinen yllätys näin suomalaiselle. Henkilökunta oli mukava ja avulias - kaikki asiat sujuivat hotellissa hyvin. Voin suositella.

This was my first time traveling to Europe. I stayed at Hotel & Spa Saint-Jacques twice during my recent trip to Paris (January 15–20 and again January 26–28), and both stays were excellent.

The staff were consistently kind, professional, and genuinely helpful, especially Doa at the front desk, who went above and beyond. She offered thoughtful recommendations for sightseeing, helped make my stay feel personal, and generously arranged an upgraded room and complimentary breakfast for my return visit. Her care truly stood out. Merci!

Each of my rooms was beautiful, fairly quiet, and very comfortable, with great beds and individual climate control. My upgraded room had an inviting bathtub and a balcony. The hotel has a classic Parisian charm while still feeling modern and well maintained.

The breakfast experience was wonderful. The buffet was beautifully displayed in the charming dining area and offered an excellent variety of fresh, delicious options. My favorites were the smoked salmon and freshly scrambled eggs. In addition to the buffet, the hostess also served traditional French breakfast items at the table, including croissants, pastries, baguette, juice, and a choice of morning beverage, which made the experience feel both generous and personal.

The spa area was spotless, calm, and wonderfully relaxing. Spa time is reserved in advance, which allowed me to enjoy the space privately and at my own pace. I especially enjoyed the sauna, steam bath, four-season shower, and my favorite — the snow fountain. It was a perfect place to unwind after long days of walking.

The location is excellent; central yet peaceful. The only outside noise I heard was on Saturday night - it’s the Latin Quarter :-) I could easily walk and explore the city while still feeling tucked away from heavy crowds. There are many lovely churches, cafes, bookstores, and pastry shops nearby.

This hotel offered great value for what I wanted to experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, warmth, and attentive service in Paris.

We had a great break in Paris. Charming hotel, clean, quiet, friendly staff and we hope to stay again soon.

I stayed here last year and did not hesitate to return. The rooms are wonderful, beautifully decorated and spacious. Breakdfast is a bountiful buffet. The staff are all very kind and helpful. I would defintiely stay here again!

It’s situated in a quiet but convenient part of Paris so was easy to go to many of tourist places by walking or using Metro. There are good cafes and restaurants that (I actually went) around as well. Although it is an old small boutique hotel, the renovation was done nicely the room was very comfortable. They have AC installed so it was nice to stay in a very hot summer day. Staff including the hotel manager were very attentive and helpful in trying to keep what I left at the hotel. I choose to have the breakfast there and was very pleased to have spreads of fresh vegetables, seasonal fruits, cold cuts, cheese as I usually have bigger breakfast than the French style.
