A very good option to consider
Pros:

Very Comfortable Stay! The staff was really helpful. They have a kitchen and an eating place where you can prepare/heat your own meal and can drink tea/coffee for free. All in all 10/10 stay.

Lovely welcoming place and a short train ride to the mountain.
Pros:

Breakfast was fantastic. Access to a lounge, small kitchen and a Landry room was amazing. Lovely friendly staff that were so kind to help us with washing.

Cons:

It was unusually hot so no aircon but they were very kind and supplied as with 2 fans which really helped. Older bathroom but to be expected in such a historical building.

Tout était bien. je recommanderais l'hôtel à mes amis.

Lovely basic hotel - happy to stay here again
Pros:

Lovely little hotel, comfy bed, lovely breakfast, absolutely fantastic staff, really friendly and welcoming.

Cons:

Bathroom 3 rooms away from bedroom (I know I booked external bathroom, but didn’t expect it to be so far away)

スタッフの親切にとても感謝したことです。
Pros:

　駅から徒歩7分、山の景色や川の流れに癒されながら歩きました。
スタッフの皆さんはとても親切で、滞在そのものは快適です。
ただ、予約時にシャワー・トイレが部屋の外にある専用設備だと理解していなかったのは私の確認不足でもあります。気になる方は事前に確認した方が良いと思います。
専用室の開閉に戸惑った事にも、スタッフの方は親切丁寧に教えてくださいました。

Cons:

　2日間の滞在中、シャワー利用中の停電が2回ありましたが、すぐ復旧したため特に問題なく、気になる程でもありませんでした。鍵の開閉がスムーズにできなかった事も旅の思い出になると楽しめました。

Pros:

De lounge met koelkast, magnetron en koffiemachine is ideaal. De receptionisten zijn vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Cons:

Op een dag had de schoonmaak de deur van mijn kamer niet gesloten. Ook stond de verlichting nog aan.

Pros:

Sehr sauber / genug Platz im Dreibettzimmer / Aufenthaltsraum mit bereitgestelltem Besteck / engagierter Eigentümer, der beim Frühstück nach dem Befinden der Gäste fragte / Interlaken-West Bahnhof fußläufig erreichbar

Ein klein wenig hellhörig, aber kein Problem

観光の拠点としてはとても便利！

ロケーションはとても良い。スタッフも感じがよい。

Cons:

清潔に保たれてはいるが、設備が古く部屋も狭い。隣の部屋の人の話し声が聞こえたり、あちこちからミシミシと音がする。共用の冷蔵庫があるので問題はないが、できれば部屋に欲しかった。

Perfect
Pros:

On a 4 week long Europe holiday this hotel will stand out in our memories. Old but charming,Location is perfect,short walk to train ,bus and central west interlaken.The absolute standout however are the staff.Led byJean Louis they made us feel like family, nothing was too much trouble. Over our 3 nights they helped us repeatedly with how to get everywhere,where to eat and any other enquiries Breakfast was up there with anywhere else we stayed. A place not to be missed.
