Everything was fantastic.
Beautiful hotel, lovely staff and great location.
At Interlaken we stayed at Rossli hotel for two nights. It was 6-10 mins walk from interlaken west station. The room was clean with towels and linen. Room has spacious windows with fans. Host and other staff were very friendly. Breakfast was great with good variety, they even served the coffee on the table.
towels could be of better quality, bathroom is too small and sink was in the room which was very inconvenient
Location
After a long day of sightseeing, I was exhausted and waiting to check in. The only front-desk staff member kept me waiting for a long time while assisting other guests with concierge questions. When I politely asked if she could check me in first, she said no. When I mentioned that I had been waiting, she told me, “You can go somewhere else.” I found this extremely rude and unprofessional. After traveling to nearly 60 countries, this was by far my worst check-in experience.
The hotel is close to bus stop and there is a Coop close to the hotel.

From the moment we arrived, we felt taken care of. We got in late, and instead of feeling like an inconvenience, the staff waited for us with genuine patience and walked us through everything so kindly. That first impression stayed with us the whole trip.
One thing that really touched us was the small common space with free coffee, ice, and a basic kitchen. It sounds simple, but it meant we didn't have to hide away in our room for every meal — it gave the place a warmth that felt more like home than a hotel.
And then there's Jean-Louis, the owner. He was there almost every morning in the breakfast room, always cheerful, always present — the kind of person who makes you feel truly welcome, not just accommodated. On the morning we left, he sent us off with food for our train ride to Paris. It was such a small gesture, but it meant so much. That food carried us through the day, and so did the kindness behind it.
We've stayed in plenty of high-end hotels, but none of them ever made us feel this way. This place didn't just give us a room — it gave us a sense of being looked after, like family. We'll carry that feeling with us long after the trip is over.
Am avut o experiență foarte frumoasă la Hotel Rössli din Interlaken. Personalul este primitor și atent cu oaspeții. M-am simțit bine primit și am apreciat atmosfera relaxată, ospitalitatea și curățenia.
Locația hotelului este foarte bună pentru a descoperi Interlaken și obiectivele turistice din împrejurimi, precum Lauterbrunnen, Grindelwald, Oeschinensee și altele. Gara Interlaken West și stația de autobuz sunt foarte aproape de hotel, iar în proximitate se află diverse supermarketuri, magazine și restaurante.
La check-in am primit un card electronic cu care am beneficiat de transport gratuit în interiorul Interlaken.
Proprietarul, Jean-Louis, este un om foarte prietenos și grijuliu și te ajută cu tot ceea ce ai nevoie pentru ca șederea să fie cât mai plăcută.
Nu am avut nimic de reproșat.
The location was super close to the Interlaken West trainstation and they also have a few parking spots available in case you arrive with a car. The staff was very friendly and the owner even greeted us every moring at the breakfast table~
Since we came during a heatwave it was very hot at night and the fan they provided us was not helping a lot. We keept the windows open at night and were worried about bugs coming inside our room but gladly there weren't any!

A equipe do Hotel é fantástica. Todos nos deram muita atenção. Quartos limpos e confortáveis. Café da manhã com diversas opções de pães e queijos. A localização do hotel é perfeita: próximo da estação Interlaken West (5 min caminhando).Nos sentimos muito especiais. Estamos planejando voltar em breve.

La atención es increíble, que personal tan amable, incluso nos dejaron entrar antes de la hora del checkin a nuestra habitación, la ubicación es súper cercana al centro, unos cuatro minutos caminando, tienes a tu disposición gratis una cafetería donde hay tés, hay capuchinos, hay nevera, hay platos y cubiertos, una zona donde te puedes sentar, sin duda alguna volvería a hospedarme en este hotel
