Pros:

Zeer vriendelijk personeel, gratis koffie en thee tijdens de dag, goed gelegen nabij Interlaken-west. Uitgebreid ontbijt.

Pros:

Hotel Rössli is exceptionally clean, warm and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. Lovely friendly staff who are more than happy to help.

I booked a room at Hotel Rössli for myself and my 13-year-old child. When we arrived, I had a second child (age 9) tempo
Pros:

Unfortunately, I was not given a chance to experience anything at the property, as I was denied access despite having a valid booking.

Cons:

I was made to feel extremely unwelcome as a parent traveling with children. The manager’s tone and behavior felt discriminatory and dismissive, bordering on racism.

Hotel Rössli truly felt like a home away from home!
Pros:

Jean-Louis was a most personable host. He gave us a warm greeting each morning when we entered the breakfast room. He was especially kind to our small daughter. She enjoyed the colored pencils and coloring sheets he provided. Breakfasts were very satisfying. The location was on a quieter street away from the busyness of the Main Street and yet very conveniently located to the train station, restaurants and events around the town. Our room was comfortable and clean; front desk staff were friendly and provided helpful recommendations. I was pleased to launder some of our clothing before the next leg of our journey. When I return to Interlaken, I will reserve a room at Hotel Rossli—it felt like I was part of the family

Would definitely stay again. Very clean & great location.
Pros:

Great location. Easy walk to restaurants & shops. Very close to Interlaken West Station.
Lots of different areas of the hotel for guests to use.
Everything is very clean.

Cons:

The property is a little tired.
The first morning we went down for breakfast at 8.30am there wasn’t really much left/ there so we went elsewhere for breakfast after that.

Best experience ever. Plan to visit again next year
Pros:

Hotel Rossli is walking distance from Interlaken West station. There are various good restaurants in vicinity. It is a very safe place to go with family.
Staff are extremely polite and nice. They answer all your questions with a big smile. Hotel has a dining room with fridge and coffee machine free of cost to use 24 hours.
Every morning you are greeted by Jean-Louis in breakfast area with a broad smile. He is very nice and gentle. He ensures you feel at home instead of hotel stay.
Overall a great experience and lots of good memories.

The best place to stay in Interlaken!
Pros:

Roessli is one of the few family owned hotels in Interlaken. It is in a wonderfully quiet location in Interlaken, barely 8 minutes walk from Interlaken West station. The hotel has a kitchen which guests can use 24hours a day with tea and coffee facilities as well. Helpful, friendly staff!

Cons:

There is nothing that I disliked about Roessli! Its just wonderful!

Pros:

Loved that we had access to a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, plates, cups, cutlery. Allowed us to not always have to eat out.

Cons:

The pillows, but it seems this is the style in Switzerland as subsequent hotels had the similar long and flat pillow.

The only place to stay in Interlaken!
Pros:

Great, quiet location, but very close to supermarkets, bus stops, train, town centre. Great staff and generous breakfast. Self serve tea/coffee available all day is an added bonus!

Cons:

I liked everything.
