Gutes Frühstück. Personal sehr freundlich. Zimmer etwas abgewohnt aber mit Küche.

A nice and big room with a balcony. Staff is ok. Breakfast is very simple. Pool is nice. The hotel located in the small village that make the area very quiet. I enjoyed my stay there.

Très bel hôtel, propre, agréable, très bon petit déjeuner, le service est fantastique, seul bémol, la literie et les coussins seraient à revoir..

Mitten in einer Anlage von Ferienhäusern, wo permanent Rasengemäht wird. Wenn das aus ist, ist es aber wirklich still. Sehr komfortables Zimmer, saubergemacht wurde aber die ganze Woche nicht, nur Handtücher getauscht und Bett gemacht. Die angebliche Bar schlecht ausgestattet, vor allem Essen war nicht möglich. Personal spricht überwiegend kein Englisch

Muy buen hotel , yo diría de lo mejor de la zona de Praia de Mira . Con mucho encanto y personal voluntarioso y amable . Mala suerte con la primera habitación asignada . Colchón y almohadas poco confortable. Aire acondicionado enfriando poco. Nos cambiaron de habitación y mejoró todo.

Excelente piscina, Funcionários muito atenciosos mas em número reduzido para o movimento, o que faz com que algumas falhas que sempre ocorrem nem sempre se resolvam da melhor forma e o mais rápido possível. Quartos muito bonitos e espaçosos, pequeno almoço melhorável.

A very nice, well-appointed hotel, located inside of a vacation village. Restaurants and shopping were all within walking distance, as was the beach. Numerous cycling trails that crisscross the country are accessible right from the hotel.

The room was very big and the property was beautiful. It's out of the way from the town a bit but its very quiet and beautiful natural setting

El lugar donde se encuentra el hotel es super tranquilo,ideal para descansar
el alojamiento esta en muy buenas condiciones y todo muy limpio,el desayuno del hotel sique es un poco repetitivo.
Cerca ai un restaurante para comer donde se llega andando y sino puedes coger el coche y desplazarte en 5minutos ala playa de mira que es un sitio mas turístico donde ai un montón de restaurantes de todo tipo.

We are on a road trip for our 25th anniversary, exploring. We booked a suite. On arrival, they said they didn’t have one for our one night stay. They said they could put us in a room with a kitchenette and refund the difference, which was $22 dollars. Although we didn’t need nor use the kitchenette, we didn’t want to find another place, so we accepted. They said what they usually do in this situation, is have us cancel our reservation and rebook with them directly. We had already paid, so this couldn’t be done. It made us feel like they do this often to avoid paying Expedia their commission. Totally unfair, because it was because of Expedia that we found this hotel. They called Expedia, Expedia contacted us. Long story short, the hotel reimbursed us nearly $5. However, Expedia "made things right" with a generous gift card. That being said, we can not recommend this hotel. We loved the location. Very safe, natural beauty. But, the experience we had tarnished their reputation, in our eyes.

Ar condicionado não funcionava, tinha uma secretária no quarto mas não tinha cadeira, a tv da sala era minúscula para o tamanho do quarto, não tinha tv no quarto, o chuveiro estava em mau estado e não havia papel higiénico extra. De resto tudo bem. Grande quarto, cama confortável qb, e varanda gigante. Pena não aceitarem animais também

Overall, my stay at the hotel was satisfactory, though there were several areas that could benefit from improvement. The room was clean, which I appreciated, and the atmosphere was quiet and peaceful, making it a relaxing environment. However, I encountered a few issues that detracted from the experience.

The bathroom, in particular, had some concerns—the shower was musty and had mold in the corners, and the water pressure was low. Additionally, the bathroom curtain was noticeably dirty and quite thin, and the shower head didn’t function properly.

Given the hotel’s four-star rating, I was a bit surprised by some of the amenities and conditions. For example, there was no coffee machine in the room, and guests are charged €1.50 for coffee at the hotel. There were also minor maintenance issues, such as a broken patio chair, a light fixture hanging from the ceiling that wasn’t working, and a small television with poor sound quality.

The restaurant on premises while a bit outdated was reasonably priced and had fantastic food.

Overall, I would rate this hotel closer to three stars, as these details collectively impacted the quality of my stay.

Nous avons apprécié:
- L'hébergement était installé dans un cadre calme (village de villégiature).
- La chambre était grande (surface et hauteur sous plafond).
- La chambre était équipée d'une kitchenette
- Le personnel de la réception était attentif et a fait son possible pour nous aider.

Nous avons moins aimé:
- La climatisation de la chambre ne fonctionnait pas (code d'erreur sur le panneau de commande, la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas plus de 5 minutes d'affilée) et ce problème n'a pas été résolu même après l'intervention d'un technicien après signalement à la réception.
- le lit (canapé-lit) pour notre fille était inconfortable (mais la réception nous a fourni un 2ème matelas pour améliorer la situation).
- Le petit-déjeuner ne pouvait pas se prendre à l'extérieur, seulement en salle
- La qualité des produits proposés pour le petit-déjeuner était en-dessous de nos attentes (oeufs et bacon, fruits "frais", choix limité).
- L'hôtel nous a semblé dans son ensemble daté et mériterait un rafraichissement (par exemple: les transats avaient un certain âge et n'étaient plus très frais, les façades du bâtiment également)

Hôtel qui va devenir vétuste.

Lo único que no me ha gustado es que en el desayuno si ponen pan para tostar no tengan tostadora y preguntes por ella y te digan que no la tienen que se ha averiado y que en unos días estará!!

We were here midweek during the off-season. Very quiet clean and spacious room with nice breakfast. About 5 minutes by car to the beach where you can get fresh fish and perfect sunset views.
