Pros:

O pequeno almoço é muito bom. Simples, mas adequado.
O acolhimento foi excecional. O Nuno foi ultra-prestável, muito atencioso e profissional.

Quarto espaçoso, cama confortável. Bom pequeno almoço

Cons:

Funcionários a servirem o pequeno almoço com o cabelo comprido sem estar apanhado.
No quarto apesar se indicar minibar, não existia o frigorífico.

Poor facilities, poorly maintained, not a 4 star hotel!!
Pros:

The hotel is far from being 4 stars, old everything, there was mould everywhere in the building and in the bedroom ie. Curtains, window, shower curtain, inside the fridge… broken shower heads with no one to fix it, most uncomfortable bed and the list goes on! So disappointing!

Cons:

Staff is lovely and they tried to accommodate our needs, but there is only so much they can do with the resources they have.
