The staff very helpful, Colmar Tropicale is a charming getaway that truly feels like stepping into a small european village. The architecture is beautiful and unique, making it a perfect spot for photos and a relaxing escape from city life. The cool weather adds to the overall experience and makes the stay more comfortable.
The rooms are spacious and clean, suitable for both couples and families. The surroundings are peaceful, especially in the morning and at night, which makes it a great place to unwind. Walking around the village feels calm and refreshing, with plenty of scenic spots to enjoy.

The price is in RM 60 including shuttle service to the Japanese garden trail and round-trip ticket for solo trip. Where that I had to buy in 14th floor of Berjaya Hotel at Imbi street Bukit Bintang .Upon my arrival at the hotel there is two elavators , however one of it has broken down just a matter of waiting repair day, I don know when it is. I have spent about 2N and 3D at the hotel. It's wide and clean including the bathroom in spite a little baffled with the shower head combined with handle shower.The staffs were excellent friendly fully information. Nothing but only 500 meters area from the main entrance to end and always packed up with storefronts business mimics French design colorful styles also a busker group perform on the stage during evening.The premise encompassed by natural fresh funas and my room window have a nice view nature and cold during every December monsoon rain come . All the restaurants in Colmar Tropicale building is characterizes European French style including those restaurants with food expensive price if converting into RM with no any single of Malaysian traditional food restaurant that the most favorable Malaysian.Most families visitors were coming from local wide range . I know the style building is same with my back in home Abbotsford Canada and they wanted look at it but sadly they don't found any single restaurant that serve the national food ,, it was disappointing me as well.However the trip by shuttle service free to the garden Japanese and trail was thrilled with full of natural fauna medicine .The overall of Bentong state was cold with 26 Celsius during night due to December monsoon which has comes.

Near to kl, Route the hotel also very good, nice weather , cool with green scenery. Went there with family for my daughter birthday , First room was so so but they accepted my request to change to the nice room. Thanks to Shazuani at FO and the FO manager was very good and let us move to new room at New renovated call Helicornia building. The room was nice, big and suitable for family like us.
Few f&b outlet, Starbucks for coffee and convenience store 7eleven . So u can enjoy your meal with simple different cuisines. Breakfast was with decent dishes, local & western. We really enjoy it, Chef Hamzah, team and the interns/ trainees from local collages was very good, friendly and accommodating with what we prefer for our breakfast, my son miss the samosa from the first day, knowing about that he straight away prepare a few for my son, this is what we call service all about. Im really empress with his afford to make his guest happy . Weldone and we hope to visit Colmar again.. if you go for holiday sometime price is not a matter, but good staff with good hospitality, friendly and accommodative, nice room and good food is the key to make your holiday meaningful.. i had a short family vacation at Berjaya Hills, Bukit Tinggi, Pahang, and we had a good experience overall. the staff Ammar and Brian was really friendly , kind , and made us feel welcome. Thank you for the comfortable stay.

Loved my visit to Bukit Tinggi! The place is high up and the scenery is gorgeous. The service was unbelievably good , the staff went above and beyond. Definitely worth the trip!

Colmar Tropicale has a lot of potential with its beautiful French village setting—it really feels like stepping into a small European town. The views and atmosphere are charming, and that’s what makes the stay memorable.

However, the place lacks entertainment. Since there’s already a stage at Colmar Square, it would be wonderful if they introduced daily shows—for example, a welcome dance at 10am, another performance at 3pm, and perhaps a fire show or musical play at night. This would bring the French medieval theme to life and make the experience more engaging, similar to what other theme parks offer.

The rooms, while okay, really need some upgrades. The mattress should be replaced, and there’s a noticeable old, woody, and dusty smell. A simple refresh would make a huge difference in comfort.

Overall, it’s a lovely setting with so much potential. If the rooms are upgraded and entertainment is added, Colmar Tropicale could truly become an unforgettable destination.

No face towels and no hand towels provided in the bathroom. TV remote control is not working.

A French-themed resort on a mountain top in Malaysia was always likely to be a slightly bizarre experience, and so it proved. Enjoyable though - reasonably priced, conveniently placed, room was good, staff friendly and helpful, plenty of dining options. Biggest issue was trying not to end up in other people's selfies/photos. In-house laundry service was excellent.

Good customer service and the staff was friendly and helpful. The area around the hotel is walkable and there are restaurants available too.

I was disappointed with my recent stay at this hotel. The room was not up to standard – the shower was dirty, the bedding had visible stains, and the entire space felt like it hadn’t been properly maintained in years. It’s clear the room is in serious need of refurbishment. Additionally, the breakfast was sub-par, with limited options and low-quality ingredients. Overall, not worth the price. I would not recommend staying here unless improvements are made.

10/10. Recommended place for relaxing and chill. Not so crowded on weekdays but on weekend will be full house. The view of this place was so amazing that you unable to get from others place. A lot of photospot and very instagramable. the only cons of this place is night activity. Others was great. The reception staff friendly and helpful. Just approached them they will assist professionally.
