Solo un detalle, no sé si es que no tiene solución y tiene que ser así. Huele en todo el alojamiento mucho a comida, los olores de la cocina se filtran demasiado y es una pena. Pero por lo demás un 10. Es solo una sugerencia.

Carolina on check in was exceptionally friendly, efficient and welcoming. Our plane was late but still able to have dinner.
Room was nice and clean but a little warm for us.

Good hotel with easy access to Santillana del Mar
Pros:

We love Santillana del Mar and it has become our regular stop when we are getting a ferry from Santander. This hotel is well priced, has a great atmosphere and good staff. There is no lift and it’s possible to drop off luggage before using the local car park. It’s very clean and is great for a short stay.

All good. We’ve stayed there before and we’ll stay again
