Pros:

A fantastic hotel on the outskirts of Santillana del Mar.
The staff were very friendly and helpful and the hotel room was large, very clean and very quiet.
The outside terrace was perfect for relaxing with an early evening drink!
Its location is close to the towns and beaches on the coast and to the wonderful mountains inland.

Cons:

The hotel has no private parking but there is a very large carpark a 100 metres away.

Sehr freundliche Dame an der Rezeption. Da mein Zimmer in der Nacht zuvor nicht belegt war, konnte ich es schon um die Mittagszeit beziehen.

Cons:

Das Zimmer lag direkt hinter der Bar. Man hat von dort die Geräusche gehört.
Ebenso saß Personal vor meinem Fenster und hat sich unterhalten.

Pros:

Hotel con muchísimo encanto, desde que entras parece que te transportas a otra época. Nos llamó la atención que con la cantidad de muebles alfombras y cuadros que hay , el Hotel está impecable no ves una mota de polvo en ningún sitio. El personal encantador. Muy bien ubicado, pero puedes descansar sin ningún tipo de ruido

Cons:

En nuestro caso no nos importó, aunque estábamos en el segundo piso, pero no tiene ascensor para gente que no pueda subir escaleras es un impedimento
