They put really smelly air fresheners/ incense sticks in the room and corridors which was awful! We had to remove ours as it was so overpoweringly strong and was giving me a headache.

Trataré de ser lo más objetivo posible en la calificación de este establecimiento. Cumplió con nuestras expectativas, porque sabemos de la diferencia entre una habitación de hotel y la comodidad de un apartamento como estamos acostumbrados a contratar. Esta vez optamos, al ser una sola noche en Santillana del Mar, quedarnos en este hotel. Está muy bien ubicado, el personal es atento y amable. La habitación era cómoda y contaba con un pequeño balcón hacia el exterior. Cama y colchón en buenas condiciones, al igual que el baño y la ducha. Contratamos sin desayuno, por lo tanto no podemos opinar sobre ésto.

Cons:

No tenemos criticas ni sugerencias para destacar. La estadía, muy breve, resultó agradable.
