The host and desk clerk were outstanding! Great insight and ideas for where to go and what to see. They were exceptionally accommodating as we arrive and were late for out tour
The location is superb, right in the heart of Albaicín - the neighbourhood protected by UNESCO in Granada. The host is exceptional, Ingo sat with us and explained all the tiny details we needed to know during our short stay. The instructions to find parking were also very detailed, and we found it very easily. When we needed to leave our car in the parking after checking out, hosts were very friendly and understanding about it, so the car was there for 6 hours after our checkout.
The breakfast didn’t have many halal options, it could have been better. Also, when booking the hotel, I understood that parking was included in the price, but seems like it wasn’t so we had to pay more.
The staff were fantastic and the central location was perfect.
Everything - the people who run this hotel are beyond kind, loving & attentive! A 5 star experience!! And I’m going back there for sure!!

La chambre donne sur une place un peu bruyante et on entend les chambres d’à côté
Son authenticité
L'emplacement est idéal, au calme, et tout près d'un point de vue sur la ville et l'Alhambra. Le centre-ville est desservi par des mini-bus dont l'arrêt est juste à côté de l'hôtel. Accueil attentionné en Français et beaucoup d'explications sur les choses à voir / à faire. Mention spéciale pour le petit déjeuner et son gâteau maison. Pièce commune à disposition avec limonade maison et boissons chaudes. Très bel endroit. Nous avions pris l'option parking car nous venions de Cordoue en voiture de location, nous y avons posé la voiture et avons tout fait à pied / en bus pendant 3 jours.

Das Haus ist familiär geführt. Die geringe Bettenanzahl und Gäste empfand ich als sehr angenehm. Der Empfang war außerordentlich zuvorkommend. Das Gebäude ist aus dem 17. Jahrhundert ist perfekt renoviert und hat einen außergewöhnliches Flair. Die perfekte Lage auf dem Albaicin rundet das Gesamtbild ab.

Der Hotelier Ingo war unglaublich nett und hilfsbereit. Er nahm sich die Zeit uns die wirklichen Hotspots zu empfehlen. Selten so eine netten Hotelier kennen gelernt .

Fantastiskt boende i genuint bevarad byggnad och stadsdel. Fantastisk välvillig värd som guidade oss till rätt sevärdheter för en kort vistelse. Nära till till de viktigaste målen med resan.
Nice breakfast. Amazing view from bedroom, friendly helpful staff. Bathroom quite narrow but understandable given the old building and what they were working with. They’ve done a really good modernisation job. Lovely family run hotel.
In an ideal world a bigger bathmat, but it’s a minor thing.
