Lo que más valoramos fue el trato excelente de todo el personal, muy agradable y cercano en todo momento. Además el hotel es precioso, la habitación era muy amplia y estaba todo muy limpio. El desayuno estaba riquísimo y era casi todo casero, así que nos sentimos como en casa. Por último, la posibilidad de aparcar en pleno Albaicín fue todo un lujo. ¡Repetiremos!

The staff was super helpful and friendly. The location in the Albayzin neighborhood was quite interesting. The hotel door is just steps from a bus stop where the 32 takes you to the Alhambra and the 31 takes you to the Cathedral and the Royal Chapel. The St. Nicholas overlook is a 5 minute walk from the hotel. Good restaurants in easy walking distance. The hotel, in a 16th C. building has charm and comfort. We would happily stay at the Hotel Santa Isabel La Real again.

Great central location to all main areas of interest. Great view of Alhambra. Great local square for tapas, food and afternoon drinkies. Hotel is a fantastic 16th century building around a central courtyard. Good facilities and excellent service from everyone.

The hotel is conveniently located near look-outs to beautiful views, as well as several restaurants.
Staff are friendly, fostering a homey environment. They have us a brief but thorough overview of things they thought we should do in the city (some we hadn’t known) and on the best ways of getting around. Nice people, very helpful.
We found this hotel to be charming in every way. The staff were so kind and helpful. The bed and bedding were very comfortable. The location was perfect for us, as we love to walk and explore. We found several restaurants we liked up in this neighborhood called the Albaicin, near the hotel, but also thought nothing of climbing down to old town near the river, just ten minutes walk. We highly recommend staying at Hotel Santa Isabel La Real.
Beautiful view from our room on top floor; literally steps from bus stop that took us to Alhambra; neighborhood lively but quiet in evening; staff/owners extremely helpful and warm; lovely touches in family-run hotel such as beautiful art for sale, homemade lemonade and cake, and a small den for reading outside your room.
The hotel is fantastic - we stayed as three adults and had plenty of space. The room was comfy and the shower was great but the breakfast and shared spaces really added to the experience.
We had hesitations about staying on the hill - and we were SO happy we did. The bus passes right by the hotel - and makes getting to the center and Alhambra so easy and cheap. It also saved us walking back up a few evenings as well! There were amazing views and food spots nearby.
Also: the way the hotel is set it was really quiet too - so no traffic noise despite the proximity.
The staff was so helpful and kind and the breakfast was lovely.

Driving in and parking was intimidating - but staff gave Great direction and it wasn’t bad at all!
Fantastisch gelegen klein familiehotel in prachtig historisch pand. Heerlijk ontbijt met verse producten. Familie doet er alles aan om het tot een geweldig verblijf te maken.
Nous avons apprécié l’accueil chaleureux d’Ingo et ses précieux conseils pour découvrir Grenade. L’hôtel est magnifique avec un patio et un salon très agréable. La baignoire dans la salle de bain est un plus pour se détendre et se réchauffer après de longues journées de visites parfois fraîches. Le petit déjeuner comporte de nombreux produits faits maison. Enfin l’hôtel est idéalement situé pour visiter Grenade. Et j’oubliais le parking est un vrai plus!
La qualité du wifi laisse à désirer
A beautiful traditional house with an enclosed courtyard, open to the sky. Located in a fascinating (but hilly) quarter of the city, great viewpoints within a few minutes walk and a bus service to the Alhambra stopping outside the hotel. The owner and staff could not have been more friendly and helpful.
La struttura é molto bella, tipica del luogo, evoca i tempi passati in un’atmosfera accogliente e famigliare. La nostra stanza era sulla torretta con bella vista sull’Alhambra. Il quartiere dell’Albaicin è molto carino e a piedi si può raggiungere abbastanza facilmente il centro città. O in alternativa ci sono bus che passano ogni 5/7 minuti: comodissimi.
La colazione era di qualità con molti prodotti home Made tipo il succo di limone, la marmellata, il pane buonissimo, la torta e lo yogurt, però in complesso un po scarsa. Aggiungerei più dolcetti (una seconda varietà di torta, biscotti o brioche, Nutella) e metterei un tostapane perché quello a disposizione mi sembra poco utile, scalda solamente.
Accueil parfait, conseils éclairés, séjour magique. Bravo
