Excellent SPA facilities, great restaurant and cocktails with great service, beautiful setting overall.
The massage sucks. The masseuse had no experience - was merely spreading oil with no strength, rather than massaging.
Great spa hotel. Surrounded by olive trees. The spa and pools were lovely. The restaurant and bar were great. We had a small issue with one of our evening meals but the lovely waiter sorted it instantly and everything was perfect! Breakfast was very good.
Overall the hotel was very good. We arrived later than we expected due to our flight been delayed. The reception staff were not very welcoming, we had been travelling for 10 hours, you would at least expect a smile when you arrive at a hotel regardless whether you are late or not. Very cold reception, and again when we checked out, it doesn’t cost anything to smile :)
Piscina esterna e piscina interna. Staff della piscina e del centro benessere gentilissimo e disponibilissimo a risolvere i problemi. Location in generale.
Purtroppo i servizi non sono affatto all’altezza del prezzo. Non basta avere una bella piscina se non c’è un numero sufficiente di lettini per tutti gli ospiti. 40 minuti di attesa per un tavolo al bistrot di sabato a pranzo è inaccettabile. Il personale alla reception è tutt’altro che accogliente. La camera non è arredata, è un insieme di mobili privo di senso. Non vale la pena andare nel weekend dato che dopo le 10 del mattino del giorno del check-out la piscina è fruibile (pagando un supplemento) solo se c’è disponibilità, ma tale disponibilità può essere appurata solo la mattina stessa del giorno del check out (con elevato rischio che si debba andar via in ogni caso). Tutto troppo caro per quello che offre.

Location molto bella e tranquilla, immersa nel verde degli ulivi , camere dislocate, sembra di camminare in un piccolo borgo..
Rapporto qualità prezzo un po alto...la camera superior molto piccola e poco curata nei particolari ...
Lo staff è stato estremamente gentile e discreto: il vero valore aggiunto della struttura sono proprio loro.
Ottima anche la cucina, con entrambi i ristoranti di altissimo livello. Le proposte non erano molte, ma ogni piatto era curato, gustoso e ricco di sapore.
Davvero pochissime le cose da segnalare. La camera, pur essendo la più economica, era ampia e spaziosa. L'unico inconveniente era la finestra, che si affacciava sul passaggio e per questo è rimasta sempre chiusa.
Il bagno era grande e la doccia molto spaziosa; il lavabo, invece, era piuttosto piccolo e mancavano alcuni appoggi per riporre gli oggetti e anche gli asciugamani.
La spa è essenziale ma piacevole. Nella piscina riscaldata, tuttavia, non tutte le bocchette dell’idromassaggio erano funzionanti. Non abbiamo usufruito dei servizi aggiuntivi, come massaggi, trattamenti viso o altri percorsi benessere, quindi non possiamo esprimere un giudizio su questi aspetti.

Su booking mi era stato proposto un upgrade (a pagamento) per avere la camera superior col balcone (espressamente indicato come ampio balcone) mentre in struttura hanno specificato che le superior non sempre hanno il balcone e a noi è stata infatti assegnata una camera senza balcone. Credo sia necessario migliorare la comunicazione tra la piattaforma e la struttura

The hotel facility is superb. Incredibly beautiful. The staff was very kind. We had an amazing dinner experience at both restaurants. The spa area is incredible as well, with good treatments available. It was hard to leave!
The rooms need a bit more care to be at the same level of the facilities. It doesn't really match the level of sophistication of the outside. For ex: the bathroom was small, with an old mirror, with very little space to put on your toiletries (although they offered Diptyque products which we loved!). We missed having hangers on the walls for robes and clothes. They could have better pillows as well. Important to say that this didn't spoiled the experience at all. But for a hotel at this level of service, we would expect rooms with higher specs.
