Pros:

The room was very nice, better than I expected. Although the area looked unsafe during the night time, it’s very close to city centre.

Cons:

One my first day I had someone from the staff coming in my room without knocking and I could tell he didn’t know someone was in the room. I felt unsafe specially because I couldn’t lock the door from inside and I felt like anyone could come in any time they’d want.
On the following day, I was about to go for a shower and someone from the staff knocked on the door and I said out loud that I was inside and that I was busy and they still came in without my permission. I had to come out from the bathroom half naked, they kept talking in French and I said about 5x “I don’t speak French” and they just kept talking without leaving the room. I guess they wanted to fix the AC but why not fix it on a day where there are no clients staying in the room? I felt extremely uncomfortable and once again, unsafe. I slept with a chair behind the door both nights!

Also, the door to go upstairs is in a really awkward place. It’s literally right next to the receptionist, you can’t avoid anyone.

Las habitaciones son bastante amplias y está todo bien distribuido

Cons:

Los alrededores son muy peligrosos, da miedo volver o salir de noche
La cocina no tiene horno, no hay balletas para limpiar ni papel de cocina para secar, ni tostadora. Cuando yo reservo un apartamento es para cocinar ahí, y que no tenga horno no ayuda nada
Es muy ruidoso por las noches, se oía mucho el tranvía y ruido de la calle, además de gritos y gente hablando en habitaciones cercanas de madrugada

la zona es muy mala, no vayáis andando de la estación de tren al hotel, coged el tranvía. El apartamento no está muy limpio. La ducha estaba sucia y se bozaba.

Buena relación calidad precio
Pros:

El apartamento era enorme y cómodo.
Íbamos un poco preocupados por los comentarios de la zona porque íbamos con niños, pero no nos pareció insegura. Es verdad que de la estación del norte al apartamento no es la mejor zona, pero para ir al centro está bastante bien

El menaje era un poco escaso
