Per una notte ok, per più di una notte anche no.
Pros:

La camera nel complesso era carina, ma purtroppo era tenuta male. Il letto era pulito.

Cons:

Il bagno anche se bello non era pulitissimo, ma soprattutto mancavano tutti gli asciugamani. Ce n’era solo uno piccolino per mani. Siamo andati a chiederne almeno uno grande in reception e dopo averci inizialmente detto che non era possibile mancassero, ci hanno poi fornito due asciugamani piccoli da mani perché non ne avevano altri. Ce li siamo fatti andare bene anche se non è stato il massimo del confort. Sapone mani e shampoo mancante. Sapone corpo fornito sotto forma di una confezione già aperta del supermercato.
Il quartiere nei dintorni non è il massimo nonostante sia ben servito dai mezzi pubblici.

Todo muy bien, solo el barrio se siente peligroso de noche
Pros:

El amplio espacio, dos wc y cocineta para 5 personas estuvo excelente. Elevador para poder subir las maletas y comodidades del camas,el personal amable y dispuesto a ayudar con la calefacción o toiletrees. Iimpio

Cons:

El barrio se sentía inseguro de noche. Aunque la gare du nord queda a 15 min caminando o 2 estaciones de tram, el dia que decidimos caminar pasamos por las vitrinas y el ambiente es un poco denso.

Pros:

The accommodation was overall a pleasant experience. The rooms were very clean and surprisingly spacious, which made the stay comfortable. The reception staff were kind and helpful, and we really appreciated being able to leave our luggage there even though our room wasn’t ready yet.

Cons:

On the downside, the area isn’t the most welcoming. Since it’s located near the nord train station, there are quite a few unusual people around in the night who may approach you, which can feel a bit uncomfortable. It’s also about a 30-minute trip to the city center, which might be inconvenient for some

Le quartier n'est pas top , la sécurité vraiment moyenne,
Hors de question de se balader tard le soir , seule avec mon enfant .
La propreté de l'appartement, encore des cheveux dans le syfon de la douche .😱
L'option petit déjeuner que j'ai régle lors de ma réservation via Booking, n'a pas été prise en compte,
Car l'établissement ne le sers plus , pas de geste commercial de leur part .déçue.

Well furnished apartment but difficult to sleep in because of the noise
Pros:

The property size is great and well furnished. It is located in a nice area where you can a lot of restaurants

Cons:

It is not well sound proofed, the tram station is directly in front the hotel, i couldn’t sleep because of the sound of trams and people walking by. The floors smells like sewer

This place doesn't deserve to be classified as a hotel. The reception area is gloomy, the staff look tired and exhausted, and the hotel is divided into two parts: one fairly acceptable and the other completely outdated and old-fashioned. There was no hot water or heating in my apartment when I arrived; I had to complain to get it fixed. I will never stay there again, as I was extremely disappointed by the welcome and the service in general.
