Lo staff è davvero carino, molto gentile e disponibile anche nello spiegare come raggiungere la Santa Casa e dove parcheggiare. Camerieri davvero disponibili, tutti molto cortesi.

Cons:

La muffa nella doccia e nelle finestre della camera da letto. Noi abbiamo alloggiato con una bimba piccola e non è il massimo accettare queste condizioni sanitarie... Capiamo che per fare manutenzione ad una struttura così grande richiede tanto sforzo economico e tanti sacrifici però basta poco per evitare cose gravi come la muffa... Anche il letto matrimoniale poteva essere matrimoniale a tutti gli effetti e non con due letti singoli attaccati...molto scomodi se il bimbo dorme tra i genitori. Inoltre il ristorante offre quasi tutto surgelato, acquistato e non fresco e anche questo è un peccato per chi ha bimbi piccoli, però per il resto è ok. Colazione molto abbondante che sarebbe sempre da migliorare, ma è andata!
