La receptionist è stata davvero preparata e gentile come mai ci è capitato di trovare

Cons:

In tutta la struttura aleggia un odore poco gradevole forse derivante da umidità e poca areazione dei locali. La colazione era abbondante ma le pietanze non sembravano del giorno. La cameriera di sala invece è stata molto disponibile e professionale

Pros:

Posizione ottimale. Vista sulla basilica, come richiesto. Parcheggio dentro la struttura o nelle immediate vicinanze, anche se, come indicato, non custodito.

Cons:

Polvere nelle stanze, condizionatore rumoroso, porte rovinate, ruggine nel portasapone della doccia, porta della doccia macchiata. Pochi punti di appoggio in bagno. Alcuni asciugamani messi su un termosifone troppo attaccato al muro per rendere agevole sistemarli lì, altri poggiati su un porta asciugamani adatto a persone molto alte. Presa solo da un lato del letto. Colazione abbondante e varia, ma non per vegani. Avevo specificato di essere vegana, ho trovato una torta con scritto senza lattosio, ma non hanno saputo dirmi se fosse anche senza uova. La cameriera si è offerta di tornare per la seconda volta a chiedere alla cuoca, ma dopo la prima volta, capendo che comunque non conoscessero il significato di alimentazione vegana, ho lasciato perdere per non rischiare e ho mangiato frutta.
