Being refused a drink at the bar 5 minutes before closing time after travelling all day, then being asked to leave the bar area despite other customers still sitting and enjoying their drinks.

The mattress in our room was extremely soft and uncomfortable.

Heel vriendelijk personeel.
Goed ontbijt.
Gratis shuttle bus naar centrum Groningen.

Cons:

Erg warm in de kamer. Geen temperatuur regulatie.

Prima, mooi gelegen hotel, geweldig ontbijt!
Pros:

Flonk is mooi gelegen aan de rand van Groningen. Veel wandel- en fietsmogelijkheden.
De kamers zijn heerlijk ruim, met goede bedden.
Het ontbijt is fantastisch, veel verse producten, ook een aantal warme.
En het heeft een mooi terras

Cons:

Onze kamer lag aan de kant van de snelweg. Je kunt daardoor je raam niet goed open houden vanwege het lawaai, als de wind verkeerd staat.

Kiváló hely feltöltődéshez.
Pros:

Csendes, tiszta hely kilátással a tóra. A városközpont 15 perc kerékpárral. Kiváló kerékpárok bérelhetők. Kedves, udvarias, készséges személyzet.

The Shuttle hotel <—> is free, every 30 min. Really useful.

Cons:

The fact that this shuttle is not communicated, and I haven’t received any reply to my question regarding transfer (and I paid 20 euros from the railway station).

Would stay again and highly recommend this place for anyone staying in this part of the Netherlands
Pros:

Great friendly staff. Good facilities, location in central Netherlands with railway station nearby for train travel when you don't want to drive. fabulous building as well set in attractive parkland.

Tolle Lage, Supershuttleservice, Schwimmbad, guter Aufenthalt!
Pros:

Tolle Lage, tolles Hotel, sehr freundliches Personal. Saubere Zimmer - sehr ruhig. Matratze und Kopfkissen sehr hochwertig. Besonders toll ist der Shuttelservice - der stündlich vom Hotel ins Zentrum und zurück fährt.

Cons:

Im Zimmer fehlt ein Kühlschrank und zumindest mal eine Flasche Wasser - das hätte ich bei einem Upgrade auf ein "Comfort Deluxe Zimmer" gewünscht. Und der Fernseher: war zwar ein Smart TV - aber keinerlei Zugriff auf Youtube, Amazon Prime, Netflix etc. Schade dass das heute nicht möglich ist.

Comfortable stay
Pros:

Everything was good at the hotel

Cons:

could have more EV charging points not the hotels fault as some people just didn't release their spot when full for others to use.
Pillows were a bit hard for me...
