I was good apartment
Bath rooms need modernised renovations - Remove bath tabs and do nice shower cubicles
Good location, but no way to get additional help once you have checked in. No eating area nearby, no restaurant, no super markets.
One of the best location in Palm Jumeirah Dubai and close to many amenities such as good restaurants and transportation. However, the unit itself was poorly furnished and maintained.
Old, tired and needs updating. Overpriced for what is offered. Difficult check in as in another area to the apartment with limited places to park. It’s late - was told to come back at 4pm, came at 4:40pm and still wasn’t ready and told to sit and wait longer.

This is the worst hotel ( I donno if i can call it that) ive ever been to in Dubai, there is no reception its a small office and the guy assisting me was wearing his pjs and flip flops. I felt I was in satwa not in the palm, the house was super dirty stains everywhere on the couch on the pillows and NO VISITERS allowed after 10! Its like jail not a hotel but the worst part is yet to come THEY DO NOT EVEN HAVE A POOL OR A BEACH OR A GYM u have to go to another building which is 15 mins walk or 5 mins in the car and PAY to enter the pool
The place was clean. The staff was nice. Great view. It is misleading to say hotel as there is no access to the beach or pool. It should be clearly stated that you to pay for the pool and beach.
Reception and Apartment are in different buildings, and no obvious signage. Suggest to reserve sometime to fine
There were some mosquitos in the room, but overall the apartment was ok.
The property is central which made it easy to travel around Dubai.
We had to pay to utilize beach and we had to walk from building 1 to building 7-8. It was worth the walk and money to be at a beautiful beach.
When taking a shower there was not sufficient hot water.
We booked for sea view room, but they didn't give and said not available and it was about 10pm and we didn't have option to accept. We booked two nights here. The location is great and there is a lovely area to walk outside and every type of shop/ cafe etc witin 100m. The apartment we booked was upgraded from a 1 bdroom to a three bedroom which was a nice touch. The WIFI would only work if you were with 2 meters of the router which was a bit annoying abd check in took so long that we were recommended to go and come back and then some one elses bags were delivered to our room!
Also the deposit we were informed would take 15 days to be returned.
The view was great after we purchased a 'sea view' and was given a building view.
The apartment was fine, construction work noise upstairs was unbearable every morning.
No pool and Beech acces cost 55dhs when we were told that it would be included in the cost by Hotels.com shame on you hotels.com for the lies
the furniture is dirty and other than that it was big and comfy .
They asked for a 1,000 Dhs cash deposit on check-in, saying that they do not take card deposits.
Also, your room may be in a difference apartment which is a 5-10 minutes walk from the reception building. They do not provide assistance with this.
When I booked this apartment after looking at the website, it showed a swimming pool and sea view which I had to pay extra for.. On arrival we were told we would have to pay per person per day to access the beach. Nowhere on the website does it mention extra payment for the beach although it does for gym and swimming pool. When we booked for a day for the beach we were told we could not use the beach below our apartment as it was for residents only but had to walk 10-15 minutes to another beach. Difficult to walk carrying all our stuff in 35 degree temperature. As had gone for relaxation had hoped to walk on the beach each morning. Very disappointed.
