Enttäuschung und Verärgerung über Mitarbeiter im Empfang und schlechtes Zimmer
Cons:

Ich hatte als Stammkunde ein Komfort Zimmer bestellt, welche im Nebenhaus zu finden sind.
Beim Eintreffen wurde mir nur unfreundlich gesagt, daß das Haus voll sei und nur noch ein Zimmer im alten Haupthaus frei wäre.
Das Zimmer war alt die Bettdecke unter dem Bezug mit Flecken übersäht und die Matratze ausgelegen bis zum Abwinken.
Das war nun wirklich der letzte Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel.

Lovely autumn break
Pros:

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast buffet was good and varied with hot and cold options with fresh bread and meats, cheeses, fruits.
Swimming pool area was clean and bright.
The room was clean and large enough.
There are many things to do and places to eat within 20 minutes drive from the hotel.

Cons:

We were woken up every day by deliveries to the kitchen. Staff were quite but the delivery trolleys were noisy.
There were no coffee facilities or a fridge in the room.
There is no lift (which the hotel.does make clear) and getting luggage up and down the stairs is a bit of a struggle.
On Sunday the restaurant and bar are shut so on that day there is nowhere to get any drink (except a glass of water in Reception) after breakfast is finished.

In die Jahre gekommenes Hotel ohne Herzblut geführt...nichts zum Wohlfühlen

Das Zimmer war groß.

Cons:

Hotel ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Kein Fahrstuhl in den 3. Stock. Zimmer veraltet, Badezimmer mit Badewanne und Plastikduschwand! Die Toilette hatte einen Sprung in der Schüssel. Es gab keine Gläser oder Tassen auf dem Zimmer, ganz zu schweigen von einem Wasserkocher oder Kaffeemaschine. Unser Zimmer war zudem lieblos eingerichtet, es gab keinen Spiegel und die Kofferablage direkt hinter der Tür sehr unsinnig, da man mit der Tür immer gegen den Koffer schlägt.

Cons:

Die Unterkunft hat kurzfristig die Buchung die bezahlt war storniert, hatte komplett die Arbeit und musste auch noch nach einen andern Hotel suchen und war dann erst um 23 Uhr im anderen Hotel 🏨

0,5ltr. Wasser 3€. Rührei „furz“ trocken und Eier hart. Alle Nährstoffe zerkocht. Frühstücksservice nur am quatschen
