Bien pour de la courte durée en plein centre de Logroño et au calme.

en plein centre de Logroño, mais au calme. Hotel discret et fonctionnel. Le personnel est discret et sympathique.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner est fourni, mais ne propose pas l'option d'avoir des oeufs préparés minute. La douche inonde le reste de la salle de bains.

La ubicación lo mejor, increíble. Aparcamiento hay un parking al lado del hotel y la habitación no es muy amplia pero correcta.

Una decepción para ser un hotel 5 estrellas

Cogimos este alojamiento de sábado a domingo porque tenía piscina y para desconectar y descansar. Llegamos el sábado a la hora de comer y aprovechamos día de piscina con el servicio (poco amable he de decir y muy a mi pesar).
El domingo nuestra idea era aprovechar el día de hotel y salir después de comer. En un hotel cinco estrellas y al precio de la noche, lo mínimo es que te dejen quedarte en la piscina y que te guarden las maletas, o al menos eso es lo que me ha pasado a mí en otro hoteles incluso de menos categoría a los que he ido. Nos dijeron que por aforo, no podíamos quedarnos en la piscina el domingo (no había absolutamente nadie) y nos hicieron dejar la habitación a las 12 de la mañana.
No pretendo quedarme en el hotel paseando, simplemente disfrutar al menos 24 horas y estar sin molestar en la piscina, y te esperas que te ofrezcan y con amabilidad no te pongan problemas.
Lo bonito del hotel es el salón donde se desayuna pero no merece la pena ese dineral para que te traten así...
Me fui con bastante mal sabor de boca.

Cons:

El trato y el que nos echasen corriendo. No pudimos disfrutar ni 24h de un hotel al que con esa supuesta categoría vas a descansar y a disfrutar del mismo hotel.
