Pros:

El servicio fue bueno, tuvimos un problema con la chapa del baño y fue muy rápida la ayuda para arreglarlo.

Está muy viejo el mobiliario y un poco incómodo el baño.

I enjoy my stays here. The staff is for the most part friendly and accommodating. Good location to walk around el centro. The hotel has a restaurant, which is convenient. Parking structure around the corner, if needed. Hotel has what I need for my stay.

Limpia la habitación, pero se escucha el ruido de la calle toda la noche y las cortinas no cubren las ventanas por lo que la luz de la calle ingresa... A quienes se nos dificulta dormir con luz.

Didn't have a car this time but it is convenient when needed in a congested area. Hotel staff, incl restaurant & cleaning ladies are great! Will stay here again. My only complaint was a noisy neighbor having to watch TV in the middle of the night, volume at full blast.

Pros:

Have stayed here before and enjoy my stay. Ive never had any problem with safety concerns. Lot's of shopping and dinning within walking distance. The staff is cordial and nice and most know me already. Great service!

Have stayed here before and for the most part I enjoy my stay. The hotel has changed some personnel, but the cleaning ladies are always very friendly and helpful. Front desk is a different story. You can't request an extended stay past noon because you're told you have to pay another day, which before wssnt a problem staying until 1:PM. Our plane departure time was 9:PM.The front desk girl could be more professional and helpful.

Pros:

I've stayed here several times. The staff is friendly and they are always courteous. The hotel is in the center of downtown. Since it's not well insulated you can hear all the noise from outside at all times of the day/night. Other than that the stay was good.

Buena ubicación, limpieza y precio, excelente atención. Instalaciones viejas pero remodeladas. La única queja es que al cuarto le faltan contactos (solo tenia un contacto).
