L’hôtel est inaccessible et le personnel ne fait rien pour vous aider: aucune solution apportée!
Nous avons été totalement facturé préalablement avec aucune solution de remboursement, de remplacement ou de bon d’achat.
Nous n’avons pas dormi dans cet hôtel et avons été contraints de trouver une solution par nous même via une plate-forme concurrente.

Sono rimasto molto soddisfatto, se ritorno a Potenza vi terrò in considerazione !

Arrivati in struttura venerdì sera e per fortuna siamo riusciti a trovare parcheggio (difficile in quanto si è molto vicini al centro di Potenza e fortunati anche perché in quel giorno era non a pagamento) per questo motivo abbiamo preferito nn muoverci da lì la sera per nn rischiare di nn ritrovare parcheggio.
Accoglienza da parte del Sign Roberto buona, ci ha accompagnati in camera e la sera ci ha illustrato un po' il passeggio del centro storico.
Colazione nella media.......il signor Roberto prepara tutto al momento.
Unica peccato è solo il parcheggio.

Omistaja Roberto oli iloinen, hauska ja huolehtivainen. Kaikki sujui hienosti. Kielivaikeuksistakin selvittiin huumorilla.

Miramonti is conveniently located with free parking. The breakfast was a value, the room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly, although they spoke no English (which we don't feel is a necessity).

Una buona struttura, molto vicina al centro; unica piccola pecca, i collegamenti con la stazione ferroviaria di Potenza Centrale, specie la sera, per chi si muove con i mezzi pubblici.
Comunque consigliato.

Come essere a casa propria, grazie per l'ospitalità, camera enorme, ben riscaldata, silenzio assoluto, massima disponibilità in tutto. Un cielo stellato meraviglioso

friendly, accommodating, great location, a very pleasant stay at a good price. Roberto & co. went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable, even getting various vegan goodies for the ample included breakfast. definitely more of a home or bed & breakfast feel than hotel. grazie mille!!

We had a little trouble finding the hotel and driving up the hills to get there. The Albergo even helped my husband who was not used to a manual transmission or the hills of Potenza get the car safely there. He helped us find my relatives and had a friend who helped me talk to my relatives, that I had never met or let know I was coming to see my Grandmothers home town of Laurenzana. He made us a great breakfast, we joined his family and friends by ordering dinner with them from a local pizzeria. The hotel was fine, but the man made the experience. We were able to walk a short distance to see the old heart of the city, and many old churches and buildings. Albergo made our stay in Potenza one of our best experiences in Italy. The hotel was well worth the trips up the hills.

clean room , good value for money. short walking distance to the old town. the owner and and staff were very helpful even though they didn't speak much English and I don't speak any Italian. ordering me taxis and finding me bus times. 'Roberto'was extremely helpful ,he even went to the trouble of taking me in his car to show me the location of a bus stop I needed.

This family run hotel is perfectly located, near old part of the city. Hotels offer basic service, but all of them on very satisfactory level.

Potenza is very hilly. Make sure to arrive by taxi. The hotel has unusual opening hours and it is difficult to find reception. Otherwise ok.

The location of the Miramonte Hotel was perfect for exploring the old town without the need for a car. The owner was very attentive to all our needs and went way beyond what is typically expected from a concierge. The room was simple,clean and quiet. I would definitely go back there.
