Everything!! so great stay

Customer service was attentive and kind. Front desk staff took the time to give us a tour of the property and of our room. Restaurant staff was very attentive and kind. We had the breakfast included option and breakfast items were delicious and well presented. Grounds are beautiful from the restaurant and bar areas to the pool area. Pool was heated in off-season. Spa treatments were amazing. The location hotel was thankfully not on the main street area (instead just outside the main arch entrance) and we appreciated this as our hotel was quiet. But, main street area was a very short walk away. Close to the property is the walking path down to the beach. It is definitely a steep hike, but we wanted the exercise. For those who don't want to walk, the cable cars that take you down/up from the beach is located a short walk from the property. The walking path up to the Castle on top of the hill was also close to the hotel.

The Villa Fiorita was a 5 star experience across the board. My wife and I stayed four nights in April and I can’t imagine coming back and staying anywhere else. We love Maria!!! She has been so nice and helpful during our stay. The pool and view is gorgeous, the lunch/breakfast is better than a lot of “main strip” restaurants, the rooms are very comfortable and the decor of the hotel is eclectic & beautiful. The location couldn’t be any more perfect. 5 min walk to basically anything you would need and off the main strip enough to be quaint and private. 10/10! I’m not sure why this isn’t a 5 star hotel, as we stayed in multiple 5 star hotels the week leading up to this stay and the Villa Fiorita is better than them all!

I would find it hard to fault anything about this hotel. Everything was exceptional.

While the hotel is relatively recently renovated (and you can tell from the facilities e.g. the pool beds are spotless), the staff are what make this hotel a wonderful experience. In particular, Marija and her male colleague at breakfast and lunch provided superb service and are a true asset e.g. remembering where we sat in the mornings and previous orders. These are small things but show attention to details and hard work. Similarly, the bar staff are excellent and the outdoor and indoor bar areas are also beautiful and relaxing. I hope management recognise that they are extremely lucky with the quality of their staff.

Food is excellent. Toiletries and complimentary mini bar drinks good quality and welcome. Thick robes in the rooms.

While we stayed in early April, and perhaps during the summer months it may not be as noticeable, but the balconies/terraces do not get much sun other than very early in the morning and are in shade for much of the day. This is just something to be aware for future guests, rather than a criticism.

The scenery is great, the staff are very warm and friendly, and the hotel facilities are perfect.

WAUW! Deze plek is echt schitterend mooi, het uitzicht adembenemend én wat een vriendelijke medewerkers. De vrolijkheid en het plezier waarmee zij werken is een 11 waard. Het ontbijtteam is zo lief! En de housekeeping en het maintenance team werken hard; alles is brandschoon en netjes onderhouden. Dank jullie wel!
