This is an outstanding boutique hotel. Everything about it is beautiful. The infinity pool overlooking the town and the sea is spectacular. The breakfasts were by far the best we had in Sicily. The service at every level was simply amazing.

I can’t say enough good comments about this wonderful hotel. We arrived by car and Taormina isn’t the easiest town to drive in much less park. They were waiting for us, helped us with our luggage and then parked the car. The service was just like this for three days. The views from our beautiful room as well as the breakfast terrace were magnificent. The hotel is ideally situated next to the funicular and a short walk to the main pedestrian street as well as a bus stop that you can use to travel to further areas ( ditch the car). The pool area is beautifully laid out with an infinity pool heated to an ideal temperature. Every morning we were treated to the best breakfast buffet of all the hotels we stayed at on this trip supplemented by a variety of items that could be prepared at your discretion. Everyone at the hotel was so kind and charming and truly interested in making your stay wonderful. Best hotel in Sicily!!

we were the first guests in room 101 ... we came for 2 nights and ended up extending to 5 nights .. that's how good the room is and the location of the hotel.

This hotel is perfect. Located so close to Corso Umberto and all the main streets in Taormina, but still felt quiet, peaceful and removed from the crowds. The staff are literally the best we have ever experienced anywhere - without exception, everyone was friendly and welcoming, but always professional and efficient. Villa Fiorita feels luxurious but in no way pretentious or overly formal, and you feel like all the staff truly want to help you relax and enjoy your stay. Our room was spotless, with high quality toiletries, and without doubt the most comfortable pillows ever! The bed was also extremely peaceful, and with no noise at all we slept exceptionally well every night. Breakfast could not have been better, so much choice and all of the highest quality, served by such a lovely team. The terrace areas with their beautiful views made a perfect setting to start each day. For anyone with allergies or a dietary intolerance we felt very reassured that all food served was safe and the staff were extremely flexible offering specially prepared alternatives. Same at the pool bar where we ate on several occasions. The pool itself is stunning, and the views are incredible. Villa Fiorita is not the cheapest hotel but for us every penny felt justified. We cannot fault it and would highly recommend to all.

We loved everything about our stay! The staff are lovely and really look after you, the pool is amazing for relaxing, and the breakfast was incredible! The location is perfect too, close to everything but quiet enough to relax. Would love to come back one day and stay again.

Beautiful property, centrally located close to restaurants and cable car to the beach, very well kept, exceptional service from staff at reception in the café at the bar on various levels and the Massage. Breathtaking views. Lovely breakfast. This was my second stay at Taormina. My first at this hotel. I will definitely be staying here again.

There is a reason Villa Fiorita a 5/5 on TA. It really is as good as people say. Other hotels may have similar views of the Med - not hard in Taormina. It is the staff at Fiorita that make it a truly exceptional stay. Marija - we can’t say enough about her. Breakfast, lunch, dinner - doesn’t matter, she seems to always be there, with a cheerful smile, and happy to help. Ettorio, Vittorio, and the entire front desk team; we can’t say enough about them. We were sad to leave. Of course, all the basic hotel things were perfect too - clean rooms, lots of help with our luggage, good recommendations for dinner, etc. Truly, Fiorita is special and we will be back.

We hebben een fantastische ervaring gehad in dit hotel in Taormina. Vanaf het moment dat we aankwamen, werden we warm ontvangen en voelden we ons meteen welkom.

De ligging is echt een enorme troef: prachtig uitzicht en ideaal om de omgeving te verkennen. Alles ligt op wandelafstand, wat het verblijf extra aangenaam maakt. De kamers waren netjes, comfortabel en goed onderhouden, met oog voor detail.

Wat voor ons echt het verschil maakte, was de service. Het personeel was vriendelijk, behulpzaam en altijd bereid om net dat stapje extra te zetten. Ook het ontbijt was top: vers, gevarieerd en met lokale producten.

Kort samengevat: een zorgeloos verblijf op een toplocatie. Wij komen hier zeker nog eens terug en kunnen dit hotel zonder twijfel aanraden aan iedereen die Taormina wil ontdekken.

Perfect location, wonderful staff and a lovely pool area with a stunning view. Breakfast was excellent and service throughout our stay was friendly and efficient. Room amenities good and provided everything we needed.

The location is great, with an amazing view of the sea and amazing pool. Staff is super friendly and helpful. The hotel is quite large but feels small and cosy.

Customer service was attentive and kind. Front desk staff took the time to give us a tour of the property and of our room. Restaurant staff was very attentive and kind. We had the breakfast included option and breakfast items were delicious and well presented. Grounds are beautiful from the restaurant and bar areas to the pool area. Pool was heated in off-season. Spa treatments were amazing. The location hotel was thankfully not on the main street area (instead just outside the main arch entrance) and we appreciated this as our hotel was quiet. But, main street area was a very short walk away. Close to the property is the walking path down to the beach. It is definitely a steep hike, but we wanted the exercise. For those who don't want to walk, the cable cars that take you down/up from the beach is located a short walk from the property. The walking path up to the Castle on top of the hill was also close to the hotel.
