Pros:

Staff were all very friendly and helpful.
Underground parking was great as we had wine and olive oil in our car!
Shower and toweks was very good.
Location to the old city.
Bed was comfy.

Cons:

Lack of air con. It was hotter in our room than in the hotel corridors even with a fan!
Lack of kettle and fridge in the room.
No shower screen meant bathroom flooded.
Blinds didn't close properly.
Although I think it's family run, it does need a lot of money spent on it.
Pillows uncomfortable and no selection.

Good overnight stop within easy walking of the centre.
Pros:

Great position. Central but very quiet with plenty of parking available. Friendly staff and a first class breakfast. Would stay there again.

Cons:

It was a very hot night and I felt the absence of any kind of air conditioning. On the other hand, my wife, who was nearer to the fan, was perfectly happy.
