O hotel onde nos sentimos bem e tem uma boa localização, por isso voltamos todos os anos.
Pros:

Pequeno-almoço bom, tem uma excelente animação para os miúdos onde os pais podem aproveitar um pouco do descanso e à noite também para adultos e crianças

Cons:

O hotel está um pouco envelhecido, precisa de obras nas casas de banho, mudar as banheiras para poliban, uma vez que é utilizado por muitas pessoas idosas e pintura exterior também está feia.

Chão do quarto a precisar de renovação, tábuas a fazer barulho, casa de banho antiga,piscina exterior grande mas sem vigilância com zona de 4.60.
A limpeza da piscina exterior deixa a desejar, com o rebordo verde com falta de limpeza.

Pros:

i booked this hotel because of the pool. i am a lap swimmer and i needed to find a hotel on my 10 day itinerary to get a few swims in. also the area was a draw...near the Bucaco Forest which is beautiful. Serene area. loved it.

Funcionários impecáveis em todos os serviços. Envolvente e arquitectura do hotel. Sossego. Circuito de águas termais (Termas) excelente.

Cons:

Poucas opções sem glúten no pão/bolos do pequeno-almoço e sobremesas.
