decent stay, nothing fancy
Pros:

A great location, close to the station and easy to access the city by foot.
Comfortable bed and warm shower. Large enough room which felt secure with a good door locking system.

Cons:

Can be a little confusing to find the location- because there are multiple names of hotels in 1 location, checking and understanding the different "hotels" on each level. Mix of a hostel and hotel.

We had a nice experience, I recommend it because of the location and lovely staff.
Pros:

The room was nice, the location is great. The staff is very friendly and helpful!

Cons:

The breakfast was below the average and nobody came to clean our room or at least to give us clean towels or more toilet paper. We were there for three nights.

Great vibes good location near train station and food
Pros:

Ari is phenomenal and I think she has the best vibe and personality great location and good music and drinks easy walk to local restaurants and shopping and secure luggage storage will return you can even see the duomo and city view from my room

Pros:

la habitación era amplia y con grandes ventanales a un patio interior, tranquila, limpia. Las camas eran muy comodas. El hotel se encuentra en la tercera planta de un gran edificio. En las demás plantas se gestionan otros alojamientos. Está a unos 10 minutos de la estación de tren de Florencia.

At first a search for a hotel....it appears hotel merlini with good-looking pictures.....after I did my booking I received messages from the provider which is ostello Bello....I mean it's an hostel.....sorry guys never again....this is my opinion....it changes nothing....the only good think is the location and the hot water...thank you

Muy buena experiencia por una noche

El alojamiento dispone de una smart tv.
Terraza con un vista considerablemente buena.
Posee wifi para los hospedados de muy buena cobertura.
El personal maneja muy bien el español y el inglés.
Cercanía con lugares para alimentación, de igual forma se destaca que el mismo hotel mantiene restaurante a disposición.

Cons:

El Hotel queda en el 4to piso y no dispone de ascensor lo cual dificulta subir el equipaje.
La ducha tarda demasiado en calentarse.
