Alles gefallen. Die Frau Daniela Merlini und Ihre Ehemann sind sehr nette und fröhliche Personen!!! Der Zimmer ist sehr gut erstattet mit viel Geschmack und sehr sauber.

Muy buena experiencia por una noche
Pros:

El alojamiento dispone de una smart tv.
Terraza con un vista considerablemente buena.
Posee wifi para los hospedados de muy buena cobertura.
El personal maneja muy bien el español y el inglés.
Cercanía con lugares para alimentación, de igual forma se destaca que el mismo hotel mantiene restaurante a disposición.

Cons:

El Hotel queda en el 4to piso y no dispone de ascensor lo cual dificulta subir el equipaje.
La ducha tarda demasiado en calentarse.

Parfait pour un séjour à Florence. Très bien situé, ambiance jeune et multiculturelle.
Pros:

Accueil très sympathique, Ambiance communautaire très agréable, bar animé. A disposition cuisine, aliments et de nombreux atouts. Rapport qualité/prix.

Soggiorno piacevolissimo!
Pros:

Siamo state all’Hotel Merlini, ora parte dell’Ostello Bello, e ci siamo trovate benissimo!
La camera era pulita, spaziosa e con un letto davvero comodo e accogliente. La colazione abbondante e ottima, con tante scelte per tutti i gusti. I ragazzi dello staff sono stati gentili, disponibili e sempre sorridenti.
La posizione è perfetta: a pochi passi dalla stazione e vicinissima al centro, ideale per visitare la città a piedi.
Un soggiorno piacevolissimo — lo consigliamo assolutamente! 🌸

Дуже зручне розташування .Чисто в кімнаті і ванній .Ціна якість відповідає. Готель щоб тільки переночувати саме то. Прибирали кожен день.

Cons:

Були дірки на білизні, із туалетних прилад була тільки одна банка з рідким милом.Ми приїхали піздно готель розташован на 3 поверсі з іншими отелями не знали де стійка реєстраціі, вона була у барі на першому поверсі це нам розповіла якась жіночка поки ми стояли 30хв .Повинна бути табличка з місцем знаходження стійки регистрацию.

Cons:

Questo albergo si trova al terzo piano di un palazzo. Nei primi due piani c’è un ostello chiamato ostello bello. Purtroppo l’albergo è gestito come un ostello, stessa reception e stesso personale dell’ostello.
Su prenotazione di booking non si evince ciò.
Ho soggiornato qui due notti.
La prima mattina acqua calda non funzionante, avvertita responsabile della reception che negava (nonostante l’evidenza) ,in maniera sgarbata, l’assenza di acqua calda per poi invece ammettere che c’era un problema alla caldaia.
Se ne va dalla camera sbattendo pure la porta senza neanche scusarsi per l’inconveniente.
Purtroppo niente doccia !!!!
Torniamo la sera in camera e la troviamo ancora non risistemata … ci viene detto che avremmo dovuto mettere cartello fuori dalla porta per acconsentire di rifarla … su un albergo normale sarebbe il contrario !!!
Ascensore rotto 2 giorni su 3.
Peccato perchè gli inconvenienti possono starci, l’importante però è essere cortesi ed educati con i clienti … qui di educazione veramente poca.

Pros:

La ubiv¿cacion excelente, el desayuno bastante completo , la atencion excelente... muy buena realcion precio- calidad.. La cama era bien grande y comoda lo mismo las almohadas....volveria a contratarlo .

Otelin konumu merkeze çok yakındı. Her an sıcak su vardı.

Cons:

Yatak örtüsünün yerlere değmesi hiç hijyenik değildi. Banyo havluları kötü kokuyordu. Saç kurutma makinesini beğenmedim. 5 gece konakladık ve bu sürede hiç temizlik yapılmadı ve çöpler alınmadı..
