hôtel incontournable
Pros:

dès l'accueil on se sent à l'aise dans cet hôtel, la vaste pièce bar-déjeuner est décorée avec un grand raffinement, le petit déjeuner est délicieux, copieux avec une découverte de produits locaux.
la prise en charge du parking à quelques mètres de l'hôtel est un plus.

Tous les services de cet établissement sont optimum. Le personnel est très sympathique. L'emplacement dans la vieille ville est excellent.

Personnel parfait services très moyen
Pros:

Accueil très agréable. Cadre joli avec une belle déco.
Le personnel chaleureux et très accueillant.

Cons:

Chambre non fumeur qui sent très fort le tabac froid.
Petit déjeuné à 17€ sans aliments chauds style œufs bacon ou autre. Les plats vides (croissants, saumon…)
Beurre malodorant et périmé.
Buffet avec plusieurs produits en rupture alors qu’on nous demande la veille l’heure de notre passage au petit déjeuner.
Ce petit déjeuné ne vaut pas les 17€ facturés.
Le soir le bar ouvert était éteint et pas chauffé personne au service pour servir, nous avons donc décidé de prendre un verre ailleurs,
Pourtant l’espace a un potentiel exceptionnel quel dommage.
