Good location, 2m to the beach, central area with food and shopping, social dance and other activities.
Convenience if wanny walk around and discover the local hidden alley.
Staffs are friendly and helpful.
Facilities stink, not deep clean before handing over to the customer, towel is not clean, lobby full of mosquitoes and dull, no AC or fan during waiting for checking.
Pavement is narrow and not enough spaces for motobike parking.
AC in my room did not work, even set at 16 temperature

Vị trí gần biển. Phòng rộng sạch sẽ có ban công ! Lễ tân vui vẻ cute nhất là cái em trai ca sáng ú ú. Giá tiền đúng vs booking. Có cho thuê xe máy !
Sảnh khách sạn quá nóng. Đường 1 chiều. Không có bãi đỗ oto . Phòng nên xịt phòng cho thơm tho !

Как-будто нет стекл в окне, слышимость 100%, полное отсутствие герметизации, рядом в 4 утра начинает бить в колокола церковь, муравье абсолютно везде. Утюга нет. Слышно соседей, так как вместо стены входная закрытая дверь. Не захотели заселять на пару часов раньше, хотя номер был свободен.

Clean, nice location. Supportive staff
The sea view was not as described. My room has a door leading to another room, though it’s locked, Im still quite uncomfortable. The room has poor lighting, especially the bathroom. Poor sound proofing, I could hear people talking from the next room.
The staff is very helpful throughout the entire stay, including the house keepers and the security guards.
There are smoking areas at every floor, the sheets are clean and the window is bigger than I expected!
The location is a win for this place, at the very centre of the city, convenient for going to the beach, the night market and quite a lot of good restaurants and cafés nearby!
The soundproof is not that good and some light in the bathroom does not work, but it makes sense for such a price.

Location
WiFi does not work throughout the hotel. I was waiting for check-in for about 30 minutes, I was informed that the room I booked was no longer available and they put me in a lower class room with no windows.
