Terrible. You can’t have anybody in, even for 2 minutes. Breakfast was terrible. The receptionist constantly looking for bribes. Terrible

The Hotel is right in the centre of Taksim
The rooms are ok, clean and spacious.
If you have a car the parking is not near the hotel, you have to park the car in a parking and then walk to the hotel.
Wi-Fi was not working

Access to 7th floor is only by stairs from the sixth floor (elevator reached up to 6th floor). This caused me to lose my new bag which I just bought it. I lost the bag because I have to carry it downstairs and it was heavy. Also, it is so hard to get a taxi. The hotel is in a very narrow alley and taxis avoid to come to this congested area. Actually, they charge me extra 80 Turkish lira just to pick me up from the hotel entrance. Otherwise, no complaints.

Excellent hotel, friendly staff, comfortable beds and an amazing breakfast.

The room was very grubby and old and smelt of old stale smoke from a few years ago. An open window all day didn’t help. The noise was 24 hours outside - so bad I left 4 nights early and booked in somewhere else.
The bathroom needs renovations, the sink was loose, the flush on toilet often insufficient. The room wasn’t serviced the four days I stayed, no fresh towels or rubbish collected (only a bin in bathroom). The breakfast however isn’t bad at al.

it is clean and cozy but the noise from down the street could not let us sleep early. We had to wait until it gets calm by 1:00 AM or so for the street to get calm, as it is located in the center of the city, with loud restaurants and bars around it.

отель 3 звезды. локация - 2 шага от популярной улицы истикляль, вечерами в праздники бывает шумно, внизу напротив отличные кафе. Своей кухни нет, завтраки на двоечку: яйца вареные (прозрачный белок, ледный желток), оливки, огурцы, сыр, колбаса отвратная, помидоры, зелени чутка...и все. Уборка в номере, если попросить и то не с первого раза. С ребенком совсем не вариант, если только недорого поспать. Сантехника свежая, белье нормальное, кондей грязный, не чистят, еле живой. Мини-холодильник не холодит, еда может испортиться.

The room was great (especially the bathroom), clean and bright. The only problems I encountered was when sleeping, the balcony window didn't close 100% and sound was coming from outside. This made it very difficult to sleep, combined with the noisy AC unit and the noise from outside (there's some bars that make a lot of noise until after 2 am). Apart from that, the stay was excellent - I would revisit but I'd be sure to bring some ear plugs with me next time. The staff was excellent, though one gentleman in the reception desk didn't understand English apart from a few words...

The Pera Capital is in a great location. Close to all the major sites and right in the heart of the nightlife. However, the room was dirty and reaked of cigarette smoke, it really irritated my sinuses. I spoke to the hotel staff and they said they would treat the room, but never did, house cleaning didn't even come to the room. The staff was super friendly, but didn't do as promised which was disappointing. The bathroom was also filthy.

Located in a busy area, good location if you want to catch a taxi for the old town. Taksim square 20 min by walk. Breakfast okay. Room cupboards bit broken. Room and bathroom clean. Lots of restaurants and shops around. Under 30 min from airport.

The Pera Capitol is a very nice and cozy hotel right in the heart of Istanbul!

the hotel is located in a small street in walking distance to all the nice places of istanbul!
we had no problems with the noise and night streetlife -because the rooms where very quiet!

it was the best hotel at this price . note that in istanbul city you are booking a hotel just and only for a night stay . it is not like for example antalya in which you use hotel facilities for 4 or 5 days . in istanbul you live hotel at 9 am and come back at 11 pm . pera capitol is exactly in the end of beyoglu street . place is nice and silent enough . clean enough and the breakfast is enough too . thanks pera capitol for your good hotel

In excellent location near Metro, Tunel,restaurants and super street. Not so many tourists which we liked. Hotel was clean, wifi good and staff helpful

This hotel is located near the big shopping center with hundreds of stores. The nearby streets are very narrow and steep. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast is, however, very basic and I recommend going out for breakfast instead.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable with a nice bathroom. Service was great. Breakfast had a good variety with a very attentive server. Free computer with internet was a plus. Our only complaint was that the neighborhood night life was noisy. Our room faced the street, so a back room might have been quieter. We’re in our 50s and had to use ear plugs to sleep. Otherwise, we’d definitely recommend it.
