Pros:

Well organised, and gives you lot of information needed during our stay in sevilla. Good staff member very accommodating and try to answer your questions the best of her knowledge and experience

Not even 1star hotel

It was on a good location and that is that to this “hotel”.

Cons:

Well if you expect 3star hotel just dont come here. It is not even 1star. It is just basic room with numeric access doors without anyone at the reception for the most of the time.
In the room there is nothing other than bed and small table with one chair and then a small bathtub.
The bathroom was smelling of canalization. We had to close toilet and even bathtub and kept the fan in the bathroom on just to be able to be there. It needs to get fixed.
Overall its more like hostel vibe (which is not bad) but it cant be marketed as a 3star hotel and for this price.

Agradecer al equipo de camareras de habitación por su buen trabajo, todo en orden y limpio
Ubicación excelente detrás de Plaza Nueva y al lado de los bares/bodegas/restaurantes de Calle Velazquez.... todo peatonal

Toplocatie, klein maar fijne accomodatie
Pros:

Perfecte locatie op loopafstand van alles wat je wilt zien in Sevilla. Prima bed, alles schoon en kleine badkamer was goed en schoon. Supermakkelijke check-in dwz duidelijke instructies via whatsapp, geen onnodige receptie en toch mogelijk om je koffer eventueel te bewaren na check-out. Goed bereikbaar want ik vroeg om extra kussen en dat werd meteen geregeld.

Cons:

Waterkoker om een kopje thee te zetten was fijn geweest, en een kapstok voor je jas. Was een beetje rumoer van barretjes in het steegje, maar dat hoort erbij.

Ubicación privilegiada, privacidad por parte del personal, limpieza, balcón incluido. Estuvimos muy cómodos durante nuestra estancia.
