Great location, nice bedroom
Pros:

Easy access, warm welcome, nice hotel room and a great location for reaching Seville’s iconic landmarks in just a few minutes on foot!

Cons:

The room was quitte small. The bathtub was the downside. I was looking forward to taking a bath (I rarely do so, only when I’m traveling), but it didn’t really appeal to me. It was still fine for taking a shower, though. I also noticed that the toilet was very close to the bathtub, which made us feel a bit cramped. But it was not a big deal for us, it wasn’t a long stay; it was still very nice.

Pros:

La posizione eccezionale, a due passi dalla Cattedrale e da Alcaraz. Lo staff quando non presente in hotel risponde velocemente su WA. Ottimo il sistema con codici sia per ingresso che per la camera. Doccia spaziosa, terrazzo. Per la colazione ci sono vari bar, a noi è piaciuto uno in piazza (non ricordo il nome) che apre presto ed ha di tutto. Vicino hotel anche un piccolo market.

Cons:

Si è bloccato il wi-fi, abbiamo comunicato ed è stato risolto. Il frigo non raffredda molto ma non sapevo neanche di averlo. All'ingresso c'è la macchinetta con snack e bibite quindi non l'abbiamo utilizzato molto.

Struttura datata, assenza del personale alla reception, abbiamo incontrato la receptionist solo al nostro arrivo quando, peraltro, siamo stati richiamati per non aver letto il messaggio wzp dove ci comunicavano i codici di entrata. Per tutto il resto del soggiorno non abbiamo MAI incontrato nessuno del personale; ci chiediamo cosa sarebbe successo se avevamo avere un'emergenza. La camera era pulita ma obsoleta, così come il bagno, la vasca, macchiata al suo interno, dava l'idea di non pulito. Insomma, nel complesso, un tre stelle che di tale non aveva nulla e ben lontano dalle foto che compaiono sul sito. Unica cosa positiva la posizione.
