לא אהבתי כלום, מקום מזעזע. מלוכלך , השירותים מזעזעים המקלחת קטנה מאוד ולא נוח להתקלח בה ובנוסף הדלת של השירותים ממש ליד המיטה ככה שזה על הפנים וממש לא נוח. למעלית לוקח 800 שנה להגיע למעלה, לא אהבתי בכלל , לא להתקרב

Nice hotel, but nothing more about guest experience

- Comfortable beds with duvets
- Clear instructions on how to get to the hotel and your room / no complications, malfunctions, etc.
- Cleanliness

Cons:

No contact from the hotel until check-in. Due to widespread scams, I had some doubts about online check-in, but I didn’t receive a response. The hotel replied only once, but it wasn’t a response to my concerns—they just said they will send a link for check-in via WhatsApp, which they never did... The Booking.com team also tried to contact the hotel regarding my two requests—again, no response. Starting on the day of check-in, the hotel began messaging me regularly on WhatsApp, but that didn’t make up for the stress I experienced before my arrival.

The location is great, right in the center.

Cons:

We initially got the incorrect room. After some back and forth via text, we got the correct room.

We would have liked to see a (small) bottle of water, and some slippers to be provided for the guests. Also, the shower head was not able to be handheld, which was a minor inconvenience.

Excelente alojamiento a un paso de todo

La ubicación.la terracota q tenia cada habitación la vista

Cons:

Había un ruido muy fuerte dentro de la habitación q iba y venía.tal vez cdonencendia algún aire..no sabemos..eso nos incomodo bastante..era muy seguido y fuerte.empezo a las 11 pm y corto a las 2 am
