Property Description

Family-run hotel since 1959 in the historic quarter, at the foot of Annecy castle, with views of the castle and old town. 15 rooms, a terrace with a library, a buffet breakfast and a courtyard with a few parking spaces. 5 minutes on foot from the lake and 10 minutes from the station.

Important information:

If you plan to arrive after 20:00, please contact the hotel in advance.

Free overnight parking is available very close to the hotel.
A deposit may be required at the property.

Sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel in der Nähe vom Stadtzentrum.
Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal und tolle Lage. Das Frühstück war auch sehr zufriedenstellend. Parkplatz war vorhanden und dazu auch noch gratis.

Cons:

Das Zimmer könnte ein bisschen größer sein. Der Fernseher ist sehr weit oben. Verstellbarer Fernseher wäre besser gewesen.

Great location if you don’t mind carrying luggage uphill. Avoid Room 4 at all costs, light sleepers please think twice b
Pros:

The only real advantage of this hotel is its fantastic location right next to the château. I would strongly advise travellers to avoid Room 4 on the ground floor.

Cons:

We arrived shortly before 12:00, check‑in is scheduled for 13:00. Following the reception’s direction to use restroom, I accidentally walked into Room 4, which would later be assigned to us.

We came back to the hotel at 21:05. This ground‑floor room was extremely noisy. On the left side of the window there were groups of people dining outside, while on the right we constantly heard children shouting and playing. One window faces the car park, the other looks straight onto the hotel garden path at eye‑level, leaving zero privacy if we open the window. There is no air‑conditioning in the room, so we could not open windows for fresh air.

I messaged the hotel twice via the booking platform, requesting to move to an upper‑floor quieter room for the next day. There was no reply until 10:36 the following morning. Their reply stated room changes must be done before 11:00, but we were already out sightseeing and impossible to return in time. Our request for room change could not be fulfilled.

Facilities also have practical drawbacks. The bathroom has no window; the light works together with the extractor fan, which produces very loud noise when running. There is a kettle in the room, yet no power socket on the table where the kettle sits, making it unusable.

Zentrale Lage direkt im Zentrum, alles fußläufig erreichbar und Parkplatz inbegriffen

Cons:

Zu kleines Zimmer, man konnte sich hier zu zweit kaum bewegen.
Zimmer war sehr warm und es gab keine Klimaanlage, nur einen Ventilator- in unseren Augen viel zu teuer dafür

Todo lo que deseaba, lo logré, ciudad de Annecy y hospedaje.
Pros:

Excelente ubicación, ya que a 2 min caminando estás en la cité, llegas al lago, al parque,a la playa. Todos los negocios y restaurantes. Pedí habitación accesible, me la brindaron. Pagué extra el desayuno. Correcto. Al lado del Castillo, fantástico.
