Comfortable hotel in a good location
Pros:

Very comfortable and modern hotel with good facilities and pleasant staff. Location is about 15min walk from the old town.

Sehr sauberes und kompaktes Hotel, sehr freundliche Leute an der Reception, gute Gegend zum Joggen am Morgen

nicht zentral gelegen, bis zum Zentrum mind. 20 min.

Pros:

Zentrale Lage, im Umkreis sehr viele Möglichkeiten zum Einkaufen und Essen gehen, der Ausblick war wunderschön, das Personal sehr freundlich und das Frühstück war akzeptabel.

Cons:

Die Wände sind sehr dünn man hört sehr viel, das WLAN ging nur im Erdgeschoss und nicht in den Zimmern, die Federkernmatratze war sehr unbequem.

The staff seemed very friendly and the location is good, close to the centre and the main road for Ascona.

Cons:

They don't have an iron and the breakfast bread and pastry ia at least 2 days old..

Es war ein schöner erholsamer Kurzurlaub
Pros:

Wir bekamen ein Upgrades vom Zimmer einfach so, plus Gratisparkplatz. Wahrscheinlich weil wir 3.Uebernachtungen
gebucht haben. Auch im 1.Stock schon eine schöne Aussicht (Balkonzimmer)

Très bon hôtel simple mais confortable, propre et le personnel très sympathique. Bon petit déjeuner. Le bus près de l’hôtel. Pas de critique.

Pros:

Die Betten waren bequem. Wir haben ein Zimmer mit Badewanne bekommen, wie angefragt. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig: Eier, Käse und Wurst, Marmelade, Früchte, Müsli, Brötchen und Croissants usw. Wir haben einen Adapter bekommen, denn die Steckdosen waren etwas anders als in Deutschland. Das Ticino-Ticket (in der Touristengebühr inklusive) ermöglicht den freien Zugang zu den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln in der ganzen Region + 20-30% bei manchen Attraktionen.

Cons:

Beim Frühstück hätte ich etwas mehr frisches Gemüse gewünscht (Tomate, Gurke, Paprika).
