État de la chambre ,une partie du plafond s est écroulé sur le lit heureusement que c était en journée pendant notre absence sinon j aurai pu finir à l hôpital au mieux ou au cimetière au pire.
Gérant de l hôtel inconscient du danger qu il fait courir aux client de l hôtel.

Stay was fine but not so great
Pros:

The property is in the best location close to the attractions - 20 minutes' walk to the six bridges and other tourist destination. Around the city centre which is located in a great place. Metro station is 2 minutes away and walkable distance to everything

Cons:

The hotel rooms at the top floor I had to take my bag up and down the stairs, room is not clean and bathroom too small. I think the hotel can do with refurbishment. When calling reception there was no one to pick up the call. Everytime when leaving the hotel, I needed to leave the keys with receptionist which was ok but kind of task.

Good for short stay.
Pros:

We stayed in this hotel only one night. Very nice location. Amazing view to the church with traditional Portuguese tile. Located in the famous streets with many shops, market and restaurants. Close to the city center. Despite old building and furniture, the rooms was cleaned well.

Cons:

The place is very old, rooms looks like they are 50 years old, same furniture and mattress.

Pros:

la ubicación no podría ser mejor con todo al lado y una parada del metro en la propia puerta del hotel, el mercado de bolhaos a 20 metros y desde la ventana se veía la capilla de las almas que era en la acera de enfrente y además precio imbatible, el personal súper agradable y las 24h 100% recomendando

Próximo a tudo e mais um pouco
Pros:

a localização não poderia ser mais perfeita. perto de comercio e transporte, há 5 min a pé de qualquer lugar que quiser ir andando e apesar de estar localizado em um lugar agitado de dia, de noite é super tranquilo.

Recepción 24 horas y que te guarden el equipaje

Cons:

Las ventanas de las habitaciones son de papel se escucha absolutamente todo,cada coche y cada persona que pasa,si mejorarán la insonorización ganarían bastantes puntos
