Will not consider staying again.
Pros:

The only thing I liked was the location. e was no elevator and they put me in the top floor with me having two heavy luggage. The staff was decent.

Nao gostei do que se passou! Liguei por volta das 19 avisar que chegava as 2.30 da manhã e se poderia ficar no hotel . Foi me dito pelo funcionario que sim e quandi cheguei disseram me que não

Pros:

Os atendentes são bem humorados, prestativos, atenciosos. Inicialmente o meu quarto estava localizado no quinto andar, sem elevador! Era um quarto bem sufocante, escuro. Pedi para mudar de quarto e prontamente me ofereceram um outro quarto, no segundo andar, bem arejado, com uma linda vista da Capela das Almas, amei. O Hotel é antigo, os móveis são antigos, tudo bem simples, mas o hotel é muito bem localizado e isso compensa tudo. O barulho da rua me incomodou um pouco, mas nada fora do esperado, já que dormi com a janela parcialmente aberta.

central location but noisy and disapointing
Pros:

The hotel location is very good, quite in the city centre and walking distance of different city points worth knowing and visiting.

Cons:

Everything was noisy, the walls continuosly cracking, the floor every step you take was heard all over the floor and the bed was noisy as well if you wanted to keep silent you could not walk, touch the walls or change position in bed.... it wasnt pleasent at all.
