Für meinen ersten Urlaub auf den Azoren war es hier rundherum schön!
Pros:

Die Lage im Zentrum und mit sicheren Parkplatz für den Mietwagen, war sehr gut. Fußläufig war das Zentrum mit Restaurants, Hafen und anderen Einrichtungen erreichbar. Die Versorgung mit allen was wichtig ist, war sehr gut.
Das Hotel selbst hatte sehr freundliches Personal, einen verlässlichen Zimmerservice, war stets sauber und ohne Schädlinge.
Das Frühstück bot ein breites Sortiment und war diesbezüglich absolut ausreichend und empfehlenswert.

Cons:

Die Straßenseite ist in der Nacht sehr laut. Daran kann man sich leider auch nicht gewöhnen. Rasende Autos, laute Gespräche ließen immer wieder aus den Schlaf hochschrecken. Die Fenster dämmen dies nur schwach.

Confort sonore inexistant.
Nous avons malheureusement subi beaucoup de bruit de la rue et peut-etre aussi d'autres résidents de l'hotel.

Os funcionários são de facto o ponto alto deste alojamento!
O hotel , que na realidade é mais uma residencial, possui estacionamento próprio e está muitíssimo bem localizado , inclusive encontra-se ao lado de uma padaria que funciona das 21:00 às 07:00.

As instalações são antigas
Deviam de apostar na modernidade dos quartos e zonas comuns

Great location, great value for money, old hotel with lovely staff.
Pros:

Excelent location 10min walk from the marine and center. Staff was super friendly with 24h reception and daily hosekeeping. Breakfast was basic but it got us going to explore the island for the whole week. Aircon in the room and carpark at the back of hotel.

Cons:

The hotel is dated but daily housekeeping makes it for it as the room and all areas were clean plus for the price we paid it was a real bargain. Bed was little bit short so my feet were hanging from it every night but it didnt bother me as I managed to get a good sleep every night.
