It was a friendly facility and neighborhood. If only breakfast was free. It would be perfect

Schrecklich Euer schlimmster Alptraum wird war,stinkende schmutzige alte Zimmer...ist das Licht aus...kommen die Bettwanzen und Käfer übers Bett gelaufen..... Ekelhaft und furchtbar wir haben am 2 . Abend im zweiten Zimmer,das Hotel fluchtartig per Taxi verlassen

Nel complesso positivo anche se la pulizia non è delle migliori

Ein altes, aber noch gut erhaltenes Hotel, zudem sehr günstig und in richtig guter Lage.

Vorab - es waren fast jeden Tag Angestellte vor Ort, die sehr nett waren. Das wurde vorab anders kommuniziert. Gut war außerdem die Erreichbarkeit der U-Bahn.
Schlecht waren das durchgelegene Bett, fehlende ARD-Programme (+ sogenannte Dritte) in TV + Radio (letzteres im TV integriert) sowie die Enge im Bad. Die Straße ist lauter als eins denkt, daher ist ein Zimmer zum Hof empfehlenswert.

Positivo per la posizione, a 50 metri fermata U7, vicino a strada con negozi e servizi.
Apprezzabile la presenza del bollitore per l'acqua, consiglierei un distributore di acqua fresca.
Letto accettabile, magari andrebbe reso disponibile un cuscino in più .
Migliorabile lo stato dell'edificio in generale (soprattutto l'ascensore). La nostra camera ha la porta proprio dietro al portone di ingresso al piano, le due aperture vanno in contrasto e talvolta ciò ha intralciato il transito.
Se volete un punto di appoggio per il vostro giro di Berlino, a un prezzo abbordabile e con una qualità accettabile, fa per voi.

Everything OK

The surroundings were quiet, it was easy to reach diffrent places from the hotel.

This is an economical but agreeable hotel in an excellent position near Konstanzer Strasse. Very good value for money. The management is very friendly. No breakfast offered, but there are several nice cafés nearby.

This hotel, I learned, was a favorite with Russian tourists before the wall fell. The architecture of the building is roch and fascinating. As a hotel, there is a lot to wish for. With proper vision, care, and improvement in key areas, it could really be a gem and still hit an affordable pricepoint. As it is now, it is a cheap place to stay in a great neighborhood and it close to the UBahn station and bus stops. It suited my needs.

Simple hotel, room was very old, mattress was also old

Se trata de un hotel sin recepción ni servicios, por lo que tiene un precio muy competitivo, con una buena relación calidad-precio. Las habitaciones son correctas y limpias. La situaión es muy buena, en un barrio tranquilo, a un minuto del metro y a 10 minutos andando de Ku-Dam.

The property is excellent in an upper-class location in Berlin. Its rooms are antique-style with great care and restoration. They are enormous and beautiful. It has everything. The living room is beautiful, the refrigerator is spacious and very nice to be in. I recommend it as if it were a high-class hotel, but for a very good price. A giant park just half a block away. Very good in Berlin.

It is a little old but it is in a good neighborhood.
