Overall, it’s fine, if you are slightly blind and not too demanding
Pros:

I liked the spa area, the pool, and the dinner and breakfast on the second day. Overall, everything looks good, if you don't go into details

Cons:

We did not like the Serbian guy at the reception. We had booked a Double Room - Comfort Plus. This is supposed to be a nice, spacious room with large beds, an extra sofa, a bathtub instead of a shower, and a balcony facing the river. We paid 514 euros for it. The way the hotel prepares for guest arrivals is highly questionable, and this is entirely a staff issue.The main reason you pay extra for this room category is the balcony and the view. However, the balcony could not even be opened because the handle was missing! When we asked what to do, they spent half the day promising to repair it or find a solution. In the end, they moved us to another room with a balcony, but it was significantly smaller, had small twin beds, and a shower cabin where the shower head holder was broken and the shower itself was leaking.We thought, 'Alright, at least the price will change.' But here comes the trick... If you don't speak Slovenian and your English is a bit shaky, you won't achieve anything. Long story short, no one gave us a discount, and we were charged the full amount.My main point is: if you paid for a large room with a balcony and a bathtub, demand exactly that right at the reception before moving anywhere else. Do not back down

Pros:

Hotel ima besplatan parking i garažu. U hotelu dobijete narukvice za neograničeno korištenje bazena. U sobama ima dovoljno ručnika a pohvalila bih to da imaju i torbu s ručnicima koje možete ponjet na bazene. Ne treba vam vaša torba i ručnici. Ogrtaći i šlapice su također u sobi. Hrana je izvrsna i raznovrsna. Odlična kava. Sve u svemu super smo se proveli i lijepo opustili. Osoblje je vrlo ljubazno i susretljivo, rado su nam odgovarali na sve upite. Želja mi je doči i zimi.

A refreshing change if you’re looking for something different from the over crowded seaside
Pros:

The cleanliness was 5/5. The staff really cared about the property. Carpets, furniture, dining hall, elevators, pool area in great condition.
The food was great! Fresh, replenished regularly during dining hours. I have a food allergy needing an epi pen and I did not need to worry about any contamination.

Cons:

The smoking. The first room I was assigned absolutely smelled of fresh cigarette smoke. I promptly returned to be reassigned to another room. The front desk gave me a little attitude about it but I was given another room and the issue solved.
Smoking / vaping shouldn’t be allowed on pool chairs or room balconies. Designated areas outside those places would really signify a wellness spa.

Tutto perfetto
Pros:

Struttura perfetta. Stanze comode e pulite. Colazione abbondante dolce e salata. Cena a buffet molto buona e completa di tutto.
Piscine enormi. A disposizione lettini e ombrelloni pulitissimi. Parcheggio incluso.

Cons:

Un noleggio bici sarebbe forse l'unica cosa che manca.
