Important information:

We would like to inform you that from September 28th to October 6th, 2025, regular annual maintenance work will take place at the pools in the Thermal Center, Hotel Thermana Park Laško. During this time, access to the saunas will be free of charge, while you can use the pools at the neighboring Hotel Zdravilišče Laško.

We accept a domestic pet up to 8 kg.
We accept a domestic pet for an additional fee and upon request.

Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Pros:

Dopala nam se lokacija,

Cons:

Nije nam se dopala hrana koja je bila dosta oskudna ,iznenadjenje je bilo uz punu cenu koju smo platili kao polupansion,nakon boravka u bazenu neprijatnost da nismo mogli uci u spa jer se to posebno placalo o cemu niamo bili obaveateni.S obzorom na cenu ocekivali smo vise.I parking se dodatno naplacivao.

Kann nichts negatives sagen werde nur beim nächsten Mal das Zimmer flussseitig buchen da ich gerne mit offenen Fenster schlafe

Pros:

L’area delle piscine termali al chiuso è molto bella.

Cons:

Viene segnalata la presenza del miniclub, ma in struttura abbiamo scoperto che è presente una piccola area gioco bimbi e non ci sono servizi di miniclub che prevedono di poter lasciare i bambini. Quindi non abbiamo potuto usufruire della spa e della sauna.

Unfortunately, the sleepless night will be the thing I remember the most from this trip.
Pros:

Nice breakfast, big variety of food, lot of different pools in the pool area, nice location, right on the river.

Cons:

We couldn't sleep until 2 am because of the party downstairs which pretty much ruined the weekend. For the price we paid (not cheap), they could have included saunas in the package.

War leider eine Enttäuschung
Pros:

Das Zimmer geräumig, gute Matratze und richtig gute Dusche, das beste ist aber die Küche - Abendessen in Buffet-Form und das Frühstück - hervorragend. Es gibt einen gratis- Parkplatz neben dem Hotel und eine Tiefgarage, die kostet dann extra.

Cons:

Das Zimmer leider sehr kahl und ungemütlich, nicht mal eine Kaffeemaschine drin, kein Mülleimer unterm Tisch, auf dem Schlafsofa hatte man angst zu sitzen - man sah alle Mechanismen. Das Zimmer kann man quasi früher beziehen für 50€ -d.h. um 12:00, aber auch dann kann man nicht gleich in die Therme gehen, wie es in jedem Thermenhotel ist. Der freundliche Mitarbeiter hat uns um 10 doch die Armbänder gegeben, das war aber sein goodwill. Dazu kam die überfüllte Therme , wo man keinen Ruhebereich hat und keine vernünftige Liegen. Noch schlimmer ist, daß Thermenwasser kalt ist, auch die Lufttemperaturen - ziemlich erfrischend. Wäre vielleicht hilfreich auch die Temperaturen anzugeben.
