Pros:

Un petit bijou dans un cadre magnifique.
Le personnel souriant et attentif. La localisation, très bien situé pour rejoindre à pieds les principales attractions. Le calme.

Pros:

Pretty much everything. Great hosts. Nice, clean, room. Easy location. The staff/owners couldn't be more helpful if they tried.

Cons:

Soundproofing wasn't great - conversations can be heard between rooms. That was our only slight issue but we weren't there much for it to be too much of a problem.

Beatutiful hotel which is ruined by poor communication by staff and rude owner.
Pros:

The hotel and location are wonderful however the staff made this a disappointing stay.

Cons:

The staff. I speak French and tried to communicate with both the staff and the owner about being able to stay put in the hotel while we waited to travel to the airport as I was traveling with two young children and my elderly mother. Our understanding was that this was ok, but the owner yelled at my mother and the children and kicked them out on the street at noon in 37 degrees heat. Completely rude and unacceptable.

Exceeded our expectations, hope we will come back.
Pros:

Beautiful oasis in the heart of a hot city. The pool was wonderful and really cooled us down. Clean, comfortable rooms. We didn't have breakfast but it looked good.

It's even more beautiful in live, very special ambience when you enter
warm welcome upon arrival, room is properly cleaned, very pretty interior, big closet
Location is actually excellent, exactly between Castellane and Cours Julien/La Plaine, also not far to View Port etc. Bus 83 headed to Malmousque close by

Cons:

Very thin walls, fortunately most guests were civilized enough to behave and be quiet at night, however the rooms/doors are right next to each other with less than a meter distance and I got woken up every time someone returning coming up the stairs and opening the door. I could hear voices, the shower running, even the message tone of a phone!
Despite having one of the bigger rooms, I personally felt almost claustrophobic as it was too narrow everywhere and there wasn't really a area inside the room to chill and hangout.
No kettle
A personal dealbreaker was their policy of no luggage storage "for security reasons" after checkout which is diabolical and I don't recall it being mentioned anywhere beforehand
The road leading up to the hotel is steep and it was absolutely frustrating having to drag the suitcase in and out

Perfekt
Pros:

Die Besitzer und Mitarbeiterinnen waren sehr freundlich. Unser Flug kam erst spät und die Besitzerin hat extra auf uns gewartet, was total lieb war und den ersten Abend entspannt hat.
Das Chalet ist wie auf den Fotos abgebildet, wunderschön, liebevoll eingerichtet und wie eine kleine Zeitreise, ohne auf die Annehmlichkeiten der Moderne verzichten zu müssen. Es ist zwar alles etwas beengt, aber total authentisch. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und sehr gut geschlafen. Mitten in der Stadt, aber total ruhig. Kein Verkehrswert, nur das Plätschern vom Pool war zu hören. Der Pool und insbesondere der Jacuzzi waren das Sahnehäubchen dieses Aufenthalts. Die Lage ist toll zentral, um in fußläufig Distanz alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten zu erkunden.
Das Frühstück war ganz toll, das frische Brot unschlagbar und der Joghurt und die Marmeladen sehr lecker!

Cons:

Alles war perfekt.
