Centrally located, friendly staff, very quiet, comfy bed, and all the amenities we needed.
Pros:

Great location, friendly staff, super value for the money. Nothing not to like.

Cons:

Pros:

ロケーション。メトロ駅や中心部に近い。コンビニと薬局が徒歩2分。移動はほとんど徒歩で済みました。冷蔵庫で飲み物がよく冷える。
他の部屋と比べると良い部屋だったのかもしれません。

Cons:

セキュリティ面
エレベーターがない。ルームキーおよびホテル玄関キー（夜間はゲストが自主的に閉める必要あり）が昔ながらの鍵で、セキュリティが心配。部屋の鍵はレバー型の古い鍵ひとつのみ（極端な話、数回ドアを蹴れば壊せそうだった）。

清潔面
廊下が綺麗ではない。シャワーのお湯が数分待たないと出ない。洗面台が狭く、物が置ける台やタオル掛けの真下に蓋がない便器があるため物を落とさないか気が気でなく、あまり清潔に感じなかった。エアコンの温度調節ができない。他のゲストへの来客を夜間に複数回見かけ、小さいホテルなのもあり少し不安に感じた。

色々書きましたが、ホテルのランクを考えるとこの程度かな、と思いました。不安はありましたが、快適か不快かと問われたら快適寄りでした。

Paying for the location
Pros:

The location was great, very close to Place des Arts.

Cons:

It's dirty! The facility is ok. Everything is old, which is ok, but they could work a bit harder on cleaning the place. I brought my bedding, pillows, and towels.

Overall a great experience for the price. The location was the best, free parking and nice people.
Pros:

Staff was very nice, location was unbeatable and they even let me keep my car there while I went to Quebc City for a couple of days bt train.

Cons:

Bathroom could have been a little more clean and better instructions to the parking lot.

Pros:

At first the room was cold. I conacted frontdesk & he turned on the radiator immediately.

The gentleman receiving me very kindly carried my suitcase up their very steep staircase for me.

Cons:

The next morning I discovered I could not air the room as I was unable to open the window. A friend explained something was broken.

So, when the weather warmed a bit, it was not agreable to be in the room.

My fault perhaps for not asking for a room on a ground floor but the stairs to my were steep & a bit difficult for me, who has a knee condition, to navigate.

I say that the property did not meet my expectations owing to the steep stairs. There is no other choices other than a yes or that it exceeded my expectations. So, that was the only chose left.

Yet, in all fairness, I did not verify whether or not they had an elevator nor did I ask for a ground floor room.
