Pros:

Location was very good and close to the sites we wanted to visit. The staff were very accommodating and were very quick in providing some items we requested.

Cons:

The steep stairs since my companions have a little knee problem and also not easy if you have heavy luggages. We were lucky though that we were in the basement as there was a back door that we used to go to the street level.

La chambre est grande, confortable et propre et il y a un tres grand lit
Un micro onde et un frigo
Bien placé

Cons:

Les escaliers : pas d'ascenseur et 3 étages
L’éntree de l’hotel n’est pas entretenu et aucune chaise pour s'asseoir dans le hall d'accueil
Les gestionnaires sont gentils mais ne bougent oas de leur local.

Great value & close to everything you need!
Pros:

Amazing location, extremely walkable. Stayed here in Feb 2025 and wanted to stay here again as we went to a concert at OSM which was only a 5 min walk. Parked at Target Park underground lot (only 3 minute walk to hotel's front door).

Cons:

Mattress had a hole in the middle. Bathroom had a folding closet door that can't be fully closed from inside. Stayed on 3rd floor, so quite a few, very narrow, staircases to go up.

Céntrico alojamiento en Montreal.
Pros:

La atención del personal, excelente. Nos guardaron las maletas antes del check in, y ya las teníamos en nuestra habitación cuando llegamos. Cama comodisima. Todo muy limpio. La ubicación es excepcional, pegado a la Place des Arts.

Cons:

El ruido de los electrodomésticos, cuando ibas al baño compartido… se ve que las instalaciones son antiguas, pero compensa todo por la atención y la ubicación.

Pas terrible, mais ça dépanne
Pros:

Emplacement correct, près du métro de la PDA.

Cons:

Propreté très moyenne, surtout dans les lieux communs... Escaliers peu pratiques... Lit et sofa pas confortables, télé avec image de mauvaise qualité, support à papier de toilette qui tenait par la peur, lavabo à l'extérieur de la salle de bain (pas pratique)...

Quiet, well-located and clean. Lots of charm, if you experience it the right way!
Pros:

The hotel is in a perfect location and it was quiet and clean. If you're picky, you won't like the worn nature of the hallways or the paint jobs inside the rooms. If you're happy, you won't care and will enjoy the price, the cleanliness, and the location.

Cons:

I enjoyed the whole experience. I wasn't expecting the Ritz-Carlton. It's a well-loved hotel and it shows. Let's say it has charm.
