Fantastic location, room much more spacious than expected and welcoming and helpful staff.
Pros:

Really spacious twin room with good lounge and kitchen area. Snack bar available on ground floor.

Cons:

beside tables fixed to the wall meant you couldn’t move the twin beds apart from each other.

Such nice staff and great location, welcoming
Pros:

The reception staff were so nice and warm and friendly. I checked out early so didn’t get to say goodbye - so if you see this, thank you for everything! Communication was great as I was arriving late, and replies to messages on booking.com were instant and reassuring and very clear.
The glass windows at the front are great because you can wait for early morning pick ups indoors and feel safe whilst seeing when your ride pulls up.
Everything very clean, big room and very comfortable.
Location within walking distance of restaurants, taxi rank, marina and gardens.
Great value and perfect for a solo traveller as a base for exploring.

Cons:

A very minor thing - bit of a bathroom odour as it’s not ventilated but just close the door when you’re in the room, and leave the room window open in the day to air it

Pros:

Great spot for our group of three to stay for a night in Funchal. Not too far from restaurants & shops but away from the heart of it all, so it was nice & quiet.

Cons:

Although we booked for three people we apparently had to tell them that we needed the sofa bed set up. This was odd, as it was on the reservation. But a separate mattress needs to be brought in to set it up (the couch just doesn't pull out with it in there). So this was a bit annoying for us to sort out at 10pm at night.

Alles hat super gepasst.

Vielleicht besteht die Möglichkeit, dass das Frühstück bereits um 7:30 öffnet

Perfect place to stay in Funchal
Pros:

Very central location and everything in Funchal was within walking distance. The apartment itself was quite big and had everything we needed. The personnel was very friendly.

Cons:

No outdoor space, but as all the bars and terraces are within walking distance that is not a problem at all.

Jos pelkästään loistava sijainti riittää, tämä on sopiva.
Pros:

Sijainti oli erinomainen, kaikki lähellä: viereisessä englantilaisessa kirkossa hyviä konsertteja, vanhan kaupungin laidalla, paljon ravintoloita ja ostosmahdollisuuksia lähellä.

Cons:

Äänieristys oli erittäin huono, naapurihuoneesta kuului normaali puhekin seinän läpi. Joustinpatjat olivat vanhat, montulle painuneet. Aamiaisella olisi voinut olla edes jotain pientä vaihtelua. Huoneessa oli maaliskuun puolivälissä melko kylmä ja kostea. Hinta-laatusuhde ei ihan kohdillaan.

Très bien pour un séjour en ville.
Pros:

Hôtel en ville, donc pas de vue intéressante. Mais bien situé pour visiter Funchal à pied ou en bus. Chambre spacieuse, confortable. Parking intérieur à côté de l'hôtel.
Très bon petit déjeuner (une gentille dame cuit vos oeufs à la demande).

Cons:

Impossible de laisser la voiture au parking pendant 2 heures après le check out, même en payant alors que ma voiture était la seule dans tout le parking!!
