Pros:

Super friendly and efficient staff. Great facilities and location. Best smelling soap!!!

Pros:

Comfortable beds and a great breakfast. Nice pool area and restaurant. Wonderful staff. In a quiet part of Patong but close enough that you won't miss out on anything.

Pros:

Very private enclosed hotel, had many more amenities than I expected. Great staff and services. Very reasonably priced. Ideal place for 1-2 people in Patong.

Exceptional value and service for the price!
Pros:

Incredible place for value - 200m from quiet and cleaner part of the beach. Great local restaurants close by, staff were very attentive and friendly, speak great English. Rooms cleaned daily if requested and free 2x bottled of water, the buffet breakfast is incredible value. I wish I stayed here for my total stay in Patong.

I fell ill on one of the mornings due to food poisoning (street food) and the staff were so quick and into action to address my needs - offering advice and medication and happily ordered it, delivered to my room and took payment when I became healthy. 10/10 staff.

Do note - the pool was exceptionally clean and maintained, although don’t expect a resort style pool. I witnessed guests being rude to the staff who expected a ‘5 star resort style accomodation’. Give respect to gain respect. Be kind to all. Best off going to a resort or spending bigger $$ if you want these services.

I will be back.
Perfect spot if you want to spend more time exploring Phuket and Patong rather than lazing about.

Pros:

I was staying in a room on the ground floor. I left the safe inside the wardrobe open and went out to the city. When I returned, I noticed that my money had been stolen. I had a special elastic sock with two pockets containing about 7,000 USD and 1,800 EUR; this money was left untouched. However, there was a transparent bag inside the safe with about 4,000 Israeli Shekels (ILS), which at the time was worth around 45,000 Thai Baht or 1,350 USD. This bag of money was stolen. It was likely the cleaning staff, who of course did not admit to the theft. In my opinion, they stole this specific money because they thought it was Thai Baht, as the colors of Israeli and Thai banknotes are very, very similar. I spoke with the hotel management, and they questioned the cleaners, who naturally denied it. But it is certain—a million percent—that they stole the money, and from this point on, I do not know what to do.
