It's location was excellent, access up 7 steps was a little difficult for me

Cons:

Bed linen was poor quality the same as the towels.
Also there was no tea or coffee facilities in the room and sound insulation was very low

La ubicación, estar en el mismo centro del casco antiguo no tiene precio

Cons:

El ruido, había varios bares/discotecas justo debajo y durante la noche había muchísimo ruido, deberían poner doble ventana en las habitaciones para disminuir el ruido.

No me gustó aunque es entendible el que sean paredes de papel como se hacían antes y se oye todo, no la calle que sería normal al estar céntrico, si no los ruidos de otras habitaciones

Vamos todos los años y bien, pero esta vez nos ha tocado una habitacion mini que da a la parte trasera, con una tele enana que no se puede ni ver bien, un lavabo que no tenia secador ni espacio para dejar cosas… el desayuno muy temprano… han sido muchas cosas.

Okay so I wasn't sure what to expect but La Santa Faz actually surprised me in the best way. The hotel is really clean and well looked after — someone came round regularly to change the sheets and sort the room out which was well appreciated. Hot water was always on point too, no lukewarm showers here!
The location is honestly unreal. You're literally walking distance from the beach, loads of shops and restaurants, and the public transport links are right there if you want to head further out. Couldn't ask for more really.
The food was proper tasty as well — yeah it's not got a massive buffet or anything like that but it's a smaller hotel so you kind of expect that. Everything we had was nice though, no complaints at all.
If you're thinking about a family holiday in Benidorm, just book it. La Santa Faz is a solid choice and I'd 100% go back. Genuinely one of those places that just does everything right without making a big deal about it. Loved it! 🙌☀️
