Fantasic hotel overall
Pros:

Lovely hotel with an amazing swimming pool. We had paid for one the best rooms but it was amazing, very large and luxurious

Cons:

I could tell the bed was two beds pushed together, hence 9/10 that was the only disappointment. Otherwise wld be 10/10

A great overnight stay which refreshed me especially as they had a wonderful pool.

Wonderful hotel.
Pros:

The hotel is clean, very comfortable, very large rooms which all have a balcony overlooking the golf course. Very quiet. Good facilties. We weren't here for the golf so can't say much about the hotel from a golfing point of view, but the course looked stunning. Great breakfast with lots of choice. Good spa.

Cons:

Only that the lift to the 3rd floor wasn't working.

My daughter and I really enjoyed our stay here and will return again.

Best hotel if you need to relax away from the noise

The swimming pool, the. Sauna, the steaming room, gym, good customer service, cleanliness, its quite and relaxed, and good customer service.

A lovely place, for a short getaway.
Pros:

The staff, Jay the front desk manager & Anna were amazing. Catered to our needs. The spa staff (cannot remember the names) were so accommodating.

Cons:

Cleaner forgot to hoover the Peanut shells all around the bed from the previous customer.

Nice lounge area, good sized bedrooms, nice staff but breakfast area poor.
Pros:

Spa was great.

Cons:

Breakfast - plates were cold when i eventually found them. Had to reject 4 cups as stained inside. Very disorganized although the food itself was good. The area needs a bit of a revamp.

Pros:

Breakfast was fine but it’s not difficult to provide English breakfast

Room was OK but it’s a route march between it and the restaurant. Thank goodness it didn’t rain!

Cons:

Dinner was appalling. We used the main diner on the first night and the bar meal on the second night. I can’t remember what was actually served but not memorable. Nothing like Travel advisor report. If the elderly party had not been tired we’d have gone to the Highlands Inn known to me as I have relatives living in Uckfield
