Now in the T’s and C’s on guest confirmation it states that guests do not pay a damage deposit. We need to change this to state: A physical credit card must be presented at check-in for pre-authorization for any extras or incidentals

Went to reception to change no apologies or any customer service waited ages to see if any other room can be allocated cheekily to be told we would be assigned a twin but at some point at “night” staff will come and change it into double
Refused so somehow managed to move us but again no apology for the long wait by that point and having to come back to reception with luggage ect
