Now in the T’s and C’s on guest confirmation it states that guests do not pay a damage deposit. We need to change this to state: A physical credit card must be presented at check-in for pre-authorization for any extras or incidentals

Beautiful setting, good facilities, clean and tidy rooms
We booked the suite and it is a gorgeous big room, comfy bed, lovely furnishings. Air con good.
Room service food good, we had breakfast delivered to our room and that was lovely.
Lighting in suite a bit dingy, tall lamp didn't work. Cobwebs on walls in bedroom area and the patio was really dirty. Bird poo all over the chairs on patio and so many cobwebs and dirt everywhere, patios need a really good clean.
