In a good setting. Comfortable rooms. No fridge but you can get milk every morning if you put a notice on the door. Really good idea.
Outside balcony never cleaned. Bathroom in need of a good clean. Grouting very mouldy.
Food in the bar was nice but slightly over priced for what it is , facilities were good especially the pool and jaccuzi , room was nice however balcony was in need of re painting . Breakfast was very nice . Overall really enjoyed our stay and would stay again .
Food was a little expensive , bar staff visited our table numerous times and never removed any finished plates etc after bringing more stuff to the table . Balcony was tired with paint flaking off everywhere .
Everything was perfect, didn’t have time for the pool or other spa items, would definitely recommend, would definitely use again.
Thank you all
The location.
The room
The views
Not enough assistance at breakfast
Lack of clean crockery
Room temperature and assistant ce to regulate it.
No night light in bathroom.
Lovely sized room and nice spa facilities. Pleasant staff.
Attention to detail- expected more from a 4* hotel
I absolutely love this hotel, stayed there twice already (writing my second review now) and really enjoyed the stay in both cases. It seemed to me that the quality of breakfast has even improved (was already great last year). Love the views too, both from the rooms and from the restaurant. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and peaceful stay!
Good facilities. Bar food good. Staff friendly and helpful.
For the cost we should have had a proper double bed, not 2 singles put together which collapsed in the middle!
Just about everything was good
Staff seemed confused about services offered/included in stay due to spa/wellness centre and hotel being somewhat separate
Very nice and comfortable, so much space
There was no hot water in the room at night. After dancing at the 60th birthday celebration l had sweated a lot that l needed a shower and to brush my teeth before sleep, only to find out that the water was cold. Not very pleased at all.
An amazing place we had a suite, was £322 for one night which we found fair, room so spacious beautiful beds.
No one answer the phone bedding not left for our child or a bed had to make do. Fridge still have people before in olives and used ice cream so that mean fridge wasn’t re premised for us. Hot water took 12 min to come through what a waste of water.
Great Hotel Stay. Lovely room with a balcony. Good breakfast lots of choice.
Just the one thing that my son who is 16 years old couldn’t swim on an evening.
