Now in the T’s and C’s on guest confirmation it states that guests do not pay a damage deposit. We need to change this to state: A physical credit card must be presented at check-in for pre-authorization for any extras or incidentals

On a 2 day stay my room wasn't made up after the first night. The TV didn't work properly which I complained about 3 times over a 24 hour period before it was fixed.
I changed rooms for the second night, all a bit of a faff!

Loved the setting, and the food was exceptional.
They were having some work done with diggers outside the rear of the driving range. It wasn’t a big deal or noisy, but for a short time the view won’t be as beautiful as usual.
