Il personale gentilissimo e una bella sala colazione. Posizione strategica nel cuore del quartiere arabo.

Breakfast was very good and staff very friendly. The front desk does speak/understand English (surprisingly rare in Istanbul). Location is fantastic: in front of a restaurant hub, close to a train station to seaside. Front desk recommended a memorable night cruize (8pm-12am) with very local shows " Ottoman cruize".
Bathroom sink and toilet flush was leaking which made the bathroom floor wet most of the time. Paid for 2 adults and 2 kids 10 and 4 years, inturn got 1 double bed and 1 single bed.

standaren skiljer sig tyvärr från bilderna på hemsidan då toan var ur funktion och kudarna var missfärgade, frukosten var minimal men personalen och specefikt städ personalen var yterst trevlig och utförde ett utmärkt jobb.
The staff were helpful and friendly, the property itself was a bit of a shambles as seems to be the way in this area. Nails sticking up, rough around the edges, old fittings, shower mold, half working tv remote, stains, and wifi for the floor that in the room got like 1 bar, not enough to actually use. Only amenity that was nice was the AC in the room was new and worked like a dream. But it was £35 for the night. So really you get what you pay for I spose. Fine if you need a place to put your head down for a night in a cheap spot.
Mauvaise accueil le jour de notre arrivée je m'explique , le réceptionniste de mauvaise foi nous a signifié que notre chambre que nous avions réservé du 22 mai au 28 mai n'etait pas disponible pendant 2 nuits pour cause de travaux. Devant notre insistance, il nous annonce que notre chambre a été donné à d'autres personnes. On a été obligé de dormir deux nuits dans un autre hôtel
Petit déjeuner très maigre.quartier très très bruyant, éviter les chambres du 6e étage parce que vous avez la le coin restauration juste au-dessus ( bruit des chaises).
Point positif.Proche des lieux à visiter comme la mosquée bleue ou la mosquée Aya Sofia.
La Wifi fonctionne très bien.
L'hotel en sois n'est pas mal et il est placé dans un endroit correct je trouve.
La chambre que nous avions était côté de la grande avenue ce qui fait que nous entendions du bruit de claxon et de gens crié, nous avons demandé à changé de chambre pour être plus tranquille mais les matelas n'êtait pas confortable du coup nous sommes resté dans le chambre de base.
Concernant le petit dejeuner, c'est toujours la même chose dommage que ça ne change pas de temps en temps.
Le service cleaning est super rien à dire, mise à par le bruit la chambre etait bien juste salle de bain un peu petit mais ça va.
Concernant le personnel à l'accueil qui se charge d'accueillir les clients vraiment ils font leur travail normal, mais lorsque vous aller plus loin avec eux, demander quelque chose pour visiter, où aller ils sont ouvert pour vous vendre des choses et faire de l'argent, ça ne m'a pas plus. Je trouve qu'il n'ont pas trop le sens de l'hospitalité, perso j'ai été dans des hôtels ou le personnel prenez le temps d'échanger avec le sourie et m'expliquer les choses sans pensé à faire du chiffres.

Uitstekend hotel met vriendelijk personeel en met goed ontbijt op prachtig dakterras.
The pillows were dirty having blood on it. In general not clean. Breakfast boring. Every day same few things. Owner is cheap. Mngr is always nervous.
The hotel was not fancy but it was clean and very accommodating. The breakfast was standard but nice. The front desk was very helpful. I would definitely stay there again.
