Cons:

Hotel très vieillissant et en mauvais état malgré l'affichage "tout confort"
Pas de petit déjeuner servis. Les lits ne sont pas fait et il n'y a pas de gel douche dans la salle de bain.
Non pratique : obliger de bouger la table pour ouvrir la fenêtre.

En revanche le lit était très confortable

Ottima posizione, ben servita con mezzi di trasporto (metro e autobus) e presenti molti ristoranti e locali.
Staff della struttura molto gentile, camera pulita e silenziosa.

Pros:

The location was excellent, with easy access to the main attractions and local amenities. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help, making our stay even more enjoyable.

Cons:

The overall cleanliness could be improved. There were hairs in the bathroom, and the tiles did not appear to have been cleaned thoroughly. The bed linen did not seem particularly fresh, and there was a strong chemical smell in the room that was quite unpleasant. Additionally, the room was fully tiled, giving it a rather cold and uninviting atmosphere.

Chambres de dépannage ! mais Travaux à prévoir ; Prix injustifié , 30 € maxi pour Paris en l'état

la " propreté" des draps et serviette !... ( c'est un miimum)
les murs repeints ( avec quelques manques )

Je vais déposer une réclamation avec demande de dédommagement à Booking ( c'est déjà la 2 ème fois que je suis lésée ! l'an dernier à Strasbourg ! où l'on ne m'a toujours pas remboursée la totalité du préjudice )
1- 4 ème étage SANS ASCENSEUR, et pas dit dans le descriptif de réservation
2- vétusté à la limite dangereuse : escaliers , penchés , en bois troué , ( crainte de tomber et de s'enfoncer )
3 - Toilettes à l'étage , accès petite marche cassée dans le bois et les carreaux de faïence cassés aussi , avec restes de peinture , très négligé , avec tags
4 - Chambre avec manques de commodités : -- douche si minuscule que quelqu'un d'à peine plus corpulent que moi ne peut y rentrer ! -- pas de rangements ,rien de prévu pour pendre et sécher la serviette de toilette , ni poser ses vêtements ( les 4 petits crochets sur la porte sont insuffisants -- pas de savon ! le seul liquide pour mains cassé !
5- si la personne d'accueil du vendredi a monté mes bagages ( je suis âgée et peur de tomber ) , elle m'a indiqué de re prévenir à mon départ , pour descendre mes bagages : Mais le lundi matin la personne n'était pas au courant ! ( pas de relais dans les consignes ) et elle l'a fait quand même quand j'ai insisté beaucoup ! en tapant à la vitre ( 8h 20 comme convenu ! en me demandant d'attendre 9 h impossible pour moi ) et donc , MANQUE de PERMANENCE à l'ACCUEIL alors que l'on m'a dit le contraire .
6 - Aucun lieu de réception convivialité ; salon , fauteuil , télé , et bien sûr ....pas de café , petit dej' ( rien ce cela n'est indiqué dans l'annonce ) car ...pas de télé dans la chambre ( ce qui n'est pas grave en soi mais le descriptif est incomplet !)
7- le prix affiché dans la cambre = 120 € !!! j'ai payé 70 € x 2 et 55 € pour le dimanche soir ...
