Lovely place to stay
Necesita una reforma y amabilidad por parte de su personal.
A very good hotel, spacious room, large and very comfortable bed. Kind at check-in and check-out, free underground parking for the bike, air conditioning which we didn't need because it was cool outside, lift and excellent breakfast. The restaurant has a system which we liked very much, every dish on the extensive menu was represented by a photo and was also described in English. We ate very well, although the ambience is a bit spartan and rustic. A pleasant surprise at the check-out, when I went to ask to pay for the drinks for dinner I was told that it was all included in the half-board. Wow! Well done everyone, a hotel to recommend with an absolutely convenient price/quality ratio.

Car parking is plentiful right outside the hotel, although not secure, it’s very safe.
The rooms are spacious and clean, the bed comfortable and you have the choice of using the AC or a ceiling fan.
The breakfast is plentiful and varied, plus we ate here every evening and couldn’t fault the food or service.
There isn’t a pool at the hotel, but you have use of a pool at a campsite, just a short walk away.
It’s a family run hotel and the staff are all friendly and helpful.
We will definitely be returning here
Very reasonable menu
Situated on the main road, with easy street parking. The town is geared to outdoor sports. In the off season, it is quiet. Property is not new, but the room was well maintained. It had a pleasant view. Breakfast was in the adjoining hotel and was fine. Definitely recommend, if planning to stay in Sort.

Hotel sencillo pero muy cómodo. Escogí la habitación moderna y descansé bastante bien. El restaurante ofrece un buen menú, tanto de día como de noche. Fácil aparcamiento.

We booked this hotel online because of its location to the national park, and because it got such good reviews. We were shocked when we arrived and saw the condition of the rooms!

*This place is tired! It needs a major renovation. They've clearly put more effort into maintaining the outside than the inside
*Our room was not very clean. There was debris on the floor and dust on the furniture.
*The shower leaked so much that there was a huge puddle on the floor after every shower and we had to use our ration of towel to mop it up.
*The room decor was hokey with fake rock wallpaper and some weird paper on the wall above the bed meant to evoke... not sure what.
We were happy to check out - although we did greatly enjoy our time in the national park and some nice dinners at other restaurants.

This is probably the loudest hotel I’ve ever stayed in (and I travel to Asia a lot).
Whatever is going on in the hallway you will hear it like it’s in your room. Basically you won’t fall asleep till the loud guests stop wandering around and wake up when other early guests will be going for breakfast (I sleep with the earplugs)
The hotel is clean, very basic, but can’t be used for a proper hotel use - a sleep. Missed the breakfast, still tried to catch up with the sleep.
