Solid budget Hotel
Pros:

Solid budget hotel, you get what you pay for.
Close to the subway.
Friendly receptionists.

Cons:

The rooms could use a repaint/new furniture. Everything is rather old.

We loved the area and the people at the hotel.
Pros:

The area is great and you are in the mist of Notting Hill area to walk around and visit London. Perfect as a base. The staff is great and very accommodating.

Cons:

The room was poorly placed, no light, basement with no air almost coming in. It was over heated even though the heater was not on. I guess from the rest of the hotel and being in the basement.

Not amazing one night stay (wasted 2 nights $$) booked somewhere else. Small space and you could hear people talking so
Cons:

Before you book this! Heads up! NO ELEVATORS, skinny stairs. If you have heavy luggages, medical conditions, or has toddlers with you, I don’t recommend staying at this place. This should be a hostel or for back packers and should be refundable. Great location but not the stay.

Please stay away i could only upload 4 pictures but have more i Would have given 0 if i could We had booked 2 nights but stayed only 1 due to not feeling safe
Curtains were hanging off couldnt close them the tiles in bathroom were broken my daughter fell over them shower door hanging off the tracks and bathroom stunk of urine all night we had to keep the door closed at all times beds were pop up beds not comfortable at all window wouldnt lock shut smallest TV ive seen and it didnt work there was pest control(rat) boxes all the way up the stairs
No place for anyone let alone children
We had to book a new hotel for the 2nd night because we didnt feel it was safe for our children
We asked for a refund for the 2nd night which they refused
