Pros:

The staff, room, linen and bathroom clean and nice.

Cons:

The room on the basement it's a nightmare. The main corridor it's right on the top of the room. Since 3am you could hear people walking, the floor is noisy so you can hear every step and movement. No sleep after 3 am, on and off when no one was passing. Otherwise you can't rest at all. Very disappointed

Nice location and good for a quick and budget stay

Cons:

Little bit small but u get what u paid. If u’re staying in the higher level it’s very difficult to move with your luggage.

Good location but not comfortable
Pros:

Great location close to park, tube and buses
Staff were friendly and helpful
Room was clean
Aircon available and worked fine

Cons:

No windows
Bed was extremely uncomfortable, it could not fit 2 people comfortably (we are small humans) and it felt like it was not flat
Super tight bathroom and horrible shower
The room was extremely hot even though it was not warm outside so we had to sleep with AC on which I hate

L’hôtel est très bien situé , en emplacement idéal dans un quartier sympa pour découvrir Londres. Le personnel a été accueillant , souriant et serviable.

Cons:

La chambre était étroite pour cinq personnes. Équipée du nécessaire (frigo, micro-ondes, petit bureau ) mais petit . L’intérieur est un peu vétuste. Nous avons voyagé pendant une période de chaud avec des températures à 30 degrés et plus . La chambre n’était pas climatisée , il a fait très chaud.
