Good location good value.
Pros:

Easy to find, great location very close to the underground and bus stop. Only one line change from Heathrow. Great food options nearby and m&s food. Someone at reception 24/7 and the staff were lovely. Very good value.

Cons:

Typical London complaints, small room lots of stairs.

We saw a mouse in our room! He ran from a room to a bathroom, we started screaming! The recepcionist first told us that that never happened before, but we saw at least 7 mouse traps on the stairways and halls. After that, they told us it was our fault because we opened the balcony doors and had food in our room.

Staff super cordiale e disponibile, soprattutto la receptionist che ci ha fornito tips and tricks utilissimi.

Buena ubicación pero habitaciones muy pequeñas.

El personal fue muy amable y respondió muy atentamente a nuestros requerimientos. Pudimos hacer early check in sin problemas. La ubicación es excelente para moverse por Londres.

Quite good for the price.
Pros:

Location just off Bayswater and 5 minutes walk from Notting Hill Tube Station. Excellent and kind staff. Very clean.

Cons:

No plug in basin. No bedside table. Room too small for a chair. But for £60 a night in Central London, one cannot complain.
